  • As always, I hope they plan to undo these nerfs when the cards rotate into wild.

Turtle mage was an interesting deck that I never got a chance to really use, and the card's only other real use was generating more copies of ice block, which it now cannot do.

    • I really hope they don't.  I've played against it in Wild.

Infinite freeze is one of the most unfun things in the game.  But not as unfun as infinite Ice Block.

  • Guardian Animals still op

  • No more Flik making turtle mage cry. I understood the nerfs of course, but theres a sense of happiness when u throw Flik into the turtles that is hard to replicate

    • I completely agree, but while I love watching Flik's shadowy stabby-stab-stabs fill the screen, I also considered turtle mage the least fun deck to play against in HS's entire history otherwise... and that's saying something. So on balance I have to say it's worth it.

  • Well... there goes my odd Beast druid deck....feelsbadman :-( ....Crafted Hadronox for that...

    • You can do a Hadronox Druid or Odd Hadronox Druid without focusing on a beast base. Carnivorous Cube and Witching Hour are both odd so you can just chain-res Hadronoxes.

      • Thanks, that also sounds like fun...we'll give it a whirl

        • Remember that Baku is a beast so you can't play her if you want to use Witching Hour to resurrect Hadronox in Odd Druid. I made that mistake in the past.

  • ez 800 dust on that turtle. Guardian Animals still good but not meta

  • Why Guardian Animals instead of Overgrowth why...

  • Funfact: Guardian animals is also a Hunter card. Yes, I'm suprised too.

    • The surprises don't ends here! Apparently there are some more dual class cards in the last expansion!

      lol

  • Nice nerfs, the tortolan one is what most people suggested and does not destroy the card, just makes it more fair.

Guardian animals the same, it comes a turn later giving the opponent more time to develop and answer it.

    Im ok with this nerfs.

  • RIP DRUID

  • Big changes to Tortollan!
I thought this article was by ShadowsOfSense because of the artwork lol :)
