Worth considering at least there seem to be an "outcast" archtype push this expansion.
Its already okay without any further buffs, but we all know DH carburates on Outcast's for their draw engine and board control. This is a potentially a scary tool
Struggle with Heroic Galakrond's Awakening? I got your back :
I am glad to see them utilizing Outcast more. This looks like a strong tempo play which will scale nicely over a few turns. It's like Tiny Knight of Evil but Outcast instead of Discard.
Carrion, my wayward grub.
A centerpiece in a Miracle DH I expect to see rise this expac. Hard to say if it will be any good, but these cards show promise.
Interesting card. good stats for it's cost and can keep growing. This will either be a bad card, or a card people sleep on. But time will tell i guess.
Standard: Will maybe see play in Aggro DH. But that's it i guess.
Wild: Wont see play, unless you count the meme deck EVEN DH. But i think that even that great meme deck doesn't want it.
RNG is only fun as long as there is a 50/50 chance of getting something really good or trash level of bad. If RNG always results in something good, then it's not fun.
I'm a bit unconvinced of the card's strength as Outcasting isn't that easy to pull off consistently, but the statline isn't bad either for decks that include plenty of the mechanic.
Potentially a very dangerous card right here. Remember Battlefiend and its nerf?

definitely going into the magma rager article
TOTAL CORRUPTION
TOTAL POWAAAAAAA
Maybe it's going to see play if there are no other 2 drops to add, otherwise I don't see room for this in standard.
Vanilla stats for a mediocre ability. Granted, DH uses Outcast a lot, but I wouldn't plan on this getting much more than 1-2 buffs
Except Outcast is a lot stronger than discard and Redeemed Pariah is naturally harder to remove (2/3 is a much better base statline for self buffing cards than 3/2).
Rating cards on coolness factor rather than predicting power because I like screwing up rating averages (and because I suck at predicting real power levels, but we'll ignore that LUL)
Wins per class (2/6/22): DH-197; Druid-996; Hunter-91«60; Mage-1056; Paladin-1126; Priest-746; Rogue-961; Shaman-1095; Warlock-871; Warrior-906
Hm just how many outcasts can you play realistically, but even you you play one it is already good value...

Okay. So how many outcast cards are we looking at so this gets even remotely good if it sticks on 2.
Maybe Eye Beam and Spectral Sight. More or less explains why this will never see play. Most of the time if you need a 2 drop, then you'd think Bonechewer Brawler, Imprisoned Vilefiend, or even Injured Tol'vir. Not this.
The only way this card gets more than a glance is if there's a really powerful 3 drop with outcast, or useful 1 mana cards with outcast on it. Otherwise, this card is too inconsistent at what it does, and is completely outclassed by other vanilla 2 drops when it doesn't do what it needs to.
The growth potential of this card is promising, although DH decks would need to make use of more outcast cards for this to take off
TREMBLE before.... the most legendary dragon that ever existed!
Of note here is the fact that the Outcast effect doesn't need to trigger for the +1/+1 buff to happen. Just that the card is played. Maybe that and Line Hopper will encourage players to play Outcast cards when their Outcasts aren't active? Most likely not though since most Outcast cards are stronger than this when in Outcast. Probably not that good.
Not worth running more outcast cards for just this payoff. Plus, you could get stuck with outcast cards in the middle of your hand that makes this more difficult. Maybe fringe play, not a mainstream deck build around.

It's a centaur demon hunter. That's awesome.
By the way, I'm 100% convinced this is being converted into a Classic card. This and Vilefiend Trainer. Those cards have nothing to do with their expansion's theme or mechanics, and are in generic woods.
A man is lying on the street, some punks chopped off his head
I'm the only one who stops to see if he's dead.
Hmm. Turns out he's dead.
Now we have Centaurs, Saberon, Draenei (Broken), Murlocs, Trolls, Naga, and some other races as demon hunters aside from Night/Blood Elves.
Still waiting for the Pandaren DH.
I guess this card and the ones that lower the mana cost of outcast cards will make some combo, outcast have 4 draw cards, if I am not mistaken, they can cycle your deck fast a keep drawing and Pariah rising and rising,.
On the right deck is a must kill because it can give some trouble to you
Seems kind of bad growers have always been meh when put in practice and this demands outcasts not just playing left or right
Self proclaimed good at battlegrounds
Like with Line Hopper, I just don't think Outcast cards are cheap enough, abundant enough, or easily played from hand enough to gain enough stats to make this worth playing. When compared to Questing Adventurer, Redeemed Pariah is just to limiting in how it scales for it to be of any threat in a DH deck.
For glory, honor, and gold!
Achievment with this one is the worst

I like these kind of cards, softens the negative aspect of playing outcast cards when not in outcast position.
Not great, but has decent stats. Anything that grows on board could be a big threat down the road, and could see some play.
I mean, it's a 2 mana 2/3 with a nice easy buff condition. I don't think it's amazing, but it might see play in some lists running an aggressively low curve with plenty of Outcasts. Great pick up in Arena for sure.
Welcome to the site!
Not bad card.
And not bad cards didn't see play.
By The Holy Light!
Being 2 cost with 3 life might make the card too strong, we will have to see but it seems too easy to make it bigger
All hail the banshee queen.
The achievement for this one seems like it will be the most frustrating of the expansion.
This might be the weakest of the Demon Hunter set, which isn't saying much when this one isn't terrible.
I'm scared that this ends up being Questing Adventurer but better for Demon Hunters.
Hey, you heard about that Mario guy?
This might be a good DH card. Outcast cards are common enough that you could get several buffs on this, but you would most likely have to sacrifce the outcast effect. I like the idea of DH having to make decisions on their game play.
Unfortunately, common sense isn't as common as it should be.
The weird weakness of Aggro Demon Hunter was the lack of very good 2-drops. This is a very good 2-drop, because at the very least it forces your opponent to kill it before it can get really big (even if you never get it to massive levels when it does go unanswered).
I don't want to cure cancer; I want to turn people into dinosaurs.
It can have potential, even after only a couple of Outcast cards. Sure to see some play
