Even with just one Elemental played it's two 8/8s, but it still feels tad too conditional for me due to the high cost.
Conditional, yes, but it is meant to be a Grand Finale, and like you said, just two 8/8 could be worth its cost

Power of Creation is played, so this could be too, but standard lacks elementals for now.

I think we'll need to see more Elementals for this to be good, but it has some explosive potential.
I am not super sure how well this will roll in Standard, but I can see this totally going to be super fun in Wild with Frost Lich Jaina at the helm
this seems like it's made for Wild. Elemental mage is decent in wild. Not the greatest of decks, but still pretty good. Frost Lich Jaina will love Grand Finale. In standard it can be quite a big clear along Broom.
Standard: I'm a bit skeptic about Grand Finale, BUT i feel like it has some potential. Never underestimate the power of summoning a decent/large amount of huge minions. Reminder: Animated Avalanche didn't see play before, and it has basicly the same function as Grand Finale, and that's finishing the game.
Wild: This only goes in Elemental mage. Other mage decks probably don't want it. But i'm definatly gonna try a elemental mage deck, those are fun to play :)
RNG is only fun as long as there is a 50/50 chance of getting something really good or trash level of bad. If RNG always results in something good, then it's not fun.
Elemental mage is just hard to pilot for not too much reward at all.. the deck lags rewards at the midgame not endgame..
I think this will be pretty hard to use. There aren't a whole lot of elementals in standard right now, and aside from the new guy that adds two elementals to your hand there isn't really an easy way to make use of this.

might be a bit too conditional but for an elemental mage this could be your big swing turn if you play a few cheap elementals on your pervious tur

I dunno. Give them taunt or rush and you've got something. Otherwise, it's 8 mana do nothing. It'll be great to get this from Puzzle Box.

I'm not so sure. It's a really cool card, but there's not that many Elementals in Standard, and this requires you to dump them all in one basket on one turn for you play to use this next turn.
There's a place where this is good, but this expansion is most likely not it.
Fireworks... but reminds me of Ozruk and it is no good though I suppose you get multiple bodies so in that way it is way better than Ozruk, so maybe just maybe.

Animated Avalanche on steroids. In fact, Animated Avalanche with ALL of the steroids. Now let's ignor the fact that Animated Avalanche is not very great.
Rating cards on coolness factor rather than predicting power because I like screwing up rating averages (and because I suck at predicting real power levels, but we'll ignore that LUL)

Animated Avalanche never saw play and neither will this.
Wouldn't matter much even if you can get 3 or 4 8/8s on board. The fact that its turn 8 and you've just played a card that doesn't affect the current state of tempo from your opponent more or less guarantee you're going to die.
And to top it off, you can't even Frost Nova and swing with this thing. Not to mention, where are all those elementals be from? Are we really keeping all these stuff in hand for this payoff that doesn't even win the game?
If you can puke enough elementals up 7 you might be able to flood enough on 8 and be able to take the board and oh wait what's that in the distance? Oh it's just a bunch of board wipes I'm sure its nothing to worry about

I really like this cards art but WHAT THE HECK IS THAT GOLDEN ANIMATION?! I'd imagine the animation would actually show the fireworks shooting but nope.
On the actual viability of the card, might see play in ele mage if it's a thing, other than that, it'll just be an 8/8 that spawns off random card effects/card generations

Trash card, might not even be picked when discovered.
This will absolutely see play in Elemental Mage. High cost, but with the new Confection Elemental, it becomes really easy to trigger.
Basically an 8 mana version of Animated Avalanche with additional upside. Despite how much stats Avalanche is on turn 7, it rarely saw play due to how inconsistent elementals are, and I don't think Confection Cyclone and Gyreworm will help Grand Finale's case that much.

Anything more than two 8-8s is a massive threat (look at old shaman galakrond). If an elemental mage has any chance at working, it's off of this card.

I love the flavor and the artwork, but I think it might be too slow, the new mage minion that gives the little elementals may help.
Maybe we're not supposed to do a full elemental mage, but just a small package.

We are going to want this to be bigger than just summoning two. But how spoiled are we that summoning two 8/8 minions feels bad?
Unfortunately, common sense isn't as common as it should be.
It's an OK finisher if you already have a reason to be playing a Tempo Elementals deck, but this kind of finisher is not solely the reason to play Elementals. Could be game-winning in the right matchups, and completely irrelevant in others.

Good adition for a bad deck. Elemental mage looks weak.

While it looks good in paper, not sure where this card will fit in the meta. Time will tell
Confection Cyclone might give this a chance in Standard, but I'll head to wild to try this out I think. Not bad off random generation, I guess.

Turn 9: Make some stupid trades and clear you own board, then Grand Finale + Broom
