If you were one of the players who had additional experience issues with quests or had the problem of receiving no experience for Heroic Duels, compensation has gone live!
- Heroic Duels players have received 50 XP for each game played since Patch 19.0.
- Returning Player Questline bugged players have received XP for all quests missed since Patch 19.0.

I picked up 7400 exp after the first game I played this morning. Pleasant surprise!

People are still paying and playing. Why would they change anything?
They don't regret anything, they don't care about a vocal minority, while their mobile addicted mass keeps paying them.
HS is dying? Players leaving? They did the math, and making social media players quit probably isn't detrimental enough for them.
And there won't be. They will not further address the system itself. I wrote my fair share of posts, but this thing is through. They will not backtrack. The only thing you can do is go full F2P or quit totally. I went full F2P currently and mull quitting in the medium term
Giving them play time is to continue supporting them, you are giving them a player in their queues.
And you are also not really gonna quit, if you want to quit, quit now not "mid term".
Sunken cost, addiction and FOMO content are preventing you from making this logical move, you are another dissapointed player, just delete the game and don't look back.
How about the fact many, MANY Sprint/T-Mobile users need to use a VPN to play this game if they're not on WI-FI. Fuck the battle pass crybabies... that is something that will be sorted out. The issue with using cellular data and accessing the client is pushing a year soon.
COVID is an excuse but the fact that this cooperation has had such little transparency with long-term problems speaks volumes.
