Visions of Sayge

Sayge needs help divining your future. Each turn choose one of two powerful cards to add to your hand. But choose wisely - your opponent gets the other card!

How it Works

  • You'll get to pick your class from any of Hearthstone's 10 classes before you enter the game.
  • You will begin the game with a predetermined deck.
  • At the start of each turn, a Discover/Choose One interface appears, letting you choose a card to keep.
  • The card you don't choose will be given to your opponent.
  • After you choose your card, you will draw a card from your deck as normal for the start of turn.

Tips

  • Your hand is going to fill up very quickly! You may want to just play lower-cost cards to get rid of them.
  • Mulligan for cheap cards for the aforementioned issue of having a full hand. You can't get anything powerful if you're at 10 cards!
  • Giving your opponent the higher-cost card from your choices can prevent them from playing cards.

  • With that tips was very easy win the first play. Thank you! ^^

  • Honestly, not really that bad a brawl.

Different, requires no cards of your own, and you're mostly in control of what's going on. Once a while I just like brawls like this, its at least better than an auto concede turn 2 because rng wasn't in your favor.

  • God that was dreadful. I'm glad that they are still coming up with new brawls, but this one was just frustrating and dumb. One and done!

  • Awesome idea. I don't have the slightest idea why it's called Visions of Sayge, Seer of Darkmoon instead of Visions of Griftah

  • MY HAND IS FULL!

  • Love when you don't have to make a deck, not because I don't have the cards but because it's great for people who don't.
Brawls seems fun too, I hate the ones that have two opponents playing very similar, like the mirror murloc quest.

  • This feels like one that could be pretty cool, but doesn't really work out in practice. Maybe if it comes back around, they'll make it better. Maybe...

  • This could be a good idea, but discovering two cards is enough, no need to draw anymore on top of that. It´s more frustrating than fun imo.

  • I won't lie, this one sucks. It's just burning cards and getting frustrated as you give each other useless 8 mana cards.

I don't know why they gave everyone constructed decks. I play Tavern Brawl to get away from constructed.

  • I played warlock and just died.  No reason to use your hero power in a game where you get tons of cards each turn.  Went with Mage I was able to get an apprentice out first turn and that helped a lot

  • Cool idea but it definitely needs cost reduction, starting the game with extra crystals, or a mechanism that prevents high cost cards as options. Drawing 3 cards each turn is a fast track to burning cards.

  • It helps to play druid and luck out some ramp cards to give you some breathing room

  • A brand new tavern brawl! Awesome

  • Spent the first game with a hand full of high cost cards, so my opponent and I just kept burning cards each turn. Well designed hah
