Valeera the Rogue is now live in the Book of Heroes adventure! This new piece of solo content is the sixth chapter that has been made available to players through the new adventure and is available completely for free.
Playing through the full story by defeating all 8 encounters will get you 1 free Rogue card pack which will contain 5 Rogue cards in the Standard format. If you want more of these packs, there's a bundle available that we'll talk about in a moment.

I felt so stupid when I finally made that connection on my 4th try.
Beating that orc woman is frigging impossible, the card draw is the same no matter how much I Mulligan.... And she chops me to 18hp in the first two turns itself every single time.....and even if I get the lifesteal dagger she draws her deck and eviscerates me down....
does Blizzard want us to have fun with these or make us keep feeling frustrated ???
If you manage to get mirror image from 1/2 combo : discover a moge spell, the orc woman does not attack taunt minions:
I literally won that fight simply because I stole one of her Eviscerates. This has been the most frustrating chapter so far for me.
Yea, there are a few levels where the draw is the same for the first few turns... I took it as a "hint" and played it like a puzzle working on the best approach. Worked out for me. I have finished it. Keep trying different opening moves.
Has anyone else experienced problems opening the rogue pack? Mine has been correctly added to the pack opener, but I cannot open it; pressing spacebar is useless, and if dragged to the center it comes back to the starting point when dropped.
Might be a blessing in disguise. Since rotation is like 3 weeks away, is there any reason to open it now?
same here. I don't know what the issue is but I guess I'll just keep it around until it's fixed.
There's a bug where you can open Maiev (the hero skin) as an epic card in these packs, and they are therefore disabled for now (Celestalon's tweet).
I would like to have Maiev, that would be great. But it probably hints at the future shop with Heroes.

Within the past few months, we've gone from one terrible Valeera skin to that plus three great ones!
I love having options, but that's enough of her. Let's get more skins of new heroes for a while.
(Yes, yes, Book of Heroes is going to be tied to skins of the original heroes, I get it. But the reward track doesn't need to do the same.)

I am saving the pack as well, mainly because the game won't let me actually open it.
Nothing like taking 2 eviscerates from Garona for 16 damage
how does that happen? For me she always prep Eviscerates on turn 1
Turn 6 she'll pop the draw everything and evisc me for 1 mana on top of it. bruh its brutal
yeah that happened to me to, but that's the attempt I actually beat her.
It's key to buff the lifesteal weapon with DP first, hit her face, and then hope she plays wriggling horror so you can hit that after buffing your weapon with Oil while she cloaks.
It's really stupid and a lot of it comes down to hero power RNG, but it's doable once you realize she has no burn outside of evis.
Yea every game i dig hard for the lifesteal weapon, I just never get it. Its a pretty shit design
