I love this card tbh. There was something like it in the past in a brawl or PvE or something but i don't remember what it was called. I like this sort of effect. If you haven't drawn the cards you need you can re-draw your hand instead of tapping repeatedly etc.
Edit: Possibility Seeker was the card, from the taverns of time arena event.

oh boy another card people can call unoriginal
Dead man's hand for warlock. Pretty nea
t. Sweet synergies with Dollmaster Dorian & Betrug Fel Lord
I can imagine this design fits all the different kinds of archetypes, aggro, midrange, control and combo. The latter will especially be exciting in regards to what people will come up with.
Exciting stuff coming our way this expansion for sure 😁
The general use of this card is to try to dig for more useful cards when your hand is terrible for the situation you're in, that doesn't put you any closer to fatigue and is much cheaper than drawing a bunch with lifetap or whatever else. After casting it you will be down 1 card and 2 mana, so it isn't free, but it's still a pretty useful effect in any deck with lots of situational cards that will usually have a reasonably large hand; i.e. basically any control warlock.
There are a couple other interesting things you can two with this. The first is synergy with "when you draw" effects, especially flashy with Fel Lord Betrug who could easily give you a full clear. Dollmaster Dorian is a cheaper but slower version of this, favouring strong deathrattles and other text that's still relevant on a 1/1. In Wild you could turn a 6 card hand into a full hand with Chromaggus, which could be especially potent in fatigue when you can just get extra copies of 5 cards of your choice; that's clearly far too slow to be good, but you could probably do some funny stuff with that.
The other is Augmented Elekk to make your deck fatter, though this massively increases the chance of drawing some of the same cards again. If you really want to be better against fatigue, then Baleful Banker+Glinda Crowskin is a more reliable way to do that, but if you're running this card anyway then adding a 3 mana 3/4 with the occasional upside of helping with fatigue could be worth it.
I always have a lot of decks during spoiler season if you want some ideas; remember, most of the internet would not function if there weren't plenty of users willing to volunteer their time to provide content and assistance for one another!
This paired with Augmented Elekk is a nice combo
Would have preferred something like this in a neutral card, like the Possibility Seeker from the special brawl cards when the had the Taverns of Time event.
Quick! Someone give me something clever to write here.
I have one question about this card - do we get same amount of cards or one less? I mean let say I have 10 cards and one of them is plot twist, then I cast plot twist so my hand technically goes to 9 so I draw 9 right? Or 10?
And btw this card is very good. Besides normal use, i.e. digging for more options first sort of combo that comes to my mind is dr. Morrigan or jepetto joybuzz - just an extra chance to cheat big creatures.
I hadn't even noticed the synergy with the Fel Lord and with Dorian. Dang, this card has some impressive potential.
I like the idea. It can be used in both control and aggro. If your starting control hand vs aggro deck is not well, you can re-draw to get some clear, that can help you. If you are aggro and get some high cost mana cards, you can use this card to get low-cost and be back in the game. For aggro early-game is the most important time to act.
I hear Winds...
Winds of Change for me.
