Unfortunately, Jumbo Imp doesn't work with Glinda. Its cost resets once you play it.
About this plague card, I think it's super powerful with deathrattles/reborn minions or imps in Darkest Hour decks
I completely forgot about how that works...goddammit, Jumbo Imp is such an enormous failure
They nailed the flavor text on this one: This is fine.
This card was made so that missing all the hand buffs on Hir'eek, the Bat still makes him playable haha :)
and even then he's still a more expensive 2 card twisting nether
god that bat is terrible
Ms. Proudmoore, tear down this wall!
This will certainly help aggressive warlocks to compete with cyclone mage -- clear the board for cheap, which allows you to follow up with a few minions on the same turn, thereby regaining tempo. Very nice.
Bonkers! Things are getting out of control..
Should have been 6-Mana like its cousin, Darkest Hour, for the sake of balance. Just saying.
Darkest Hour is more about incredible tempo swing , and you build your whole deck around it, they have nothing in common. Darkest Hour is a wincon, Plague of Flamesa board clear with some sacrifice- but you didnt get any tempo from itself
Indeed. Just thought for a sec, and realized that you are right. Besides, this card is perfect to shine Rafaam's Scheme in-mind.
And why would that be balanced? How many sacrifices does a warlock have to do more? One will many times sacrifice an entire board just to kill some reborn minion buffed with taunt or whatnot, but still it has to cost 6 mana.... Are you aware that warlocks don't have any "destroy enemy minions" or "give x damage to your oponnent characters"? It's always, "deal damage to EVERYTHING" including yourself. Let warlocks at least have some mana advantage, it's still a 30card deck as every other clas
When you put it that way, I guess why not. It's just that the idea behind Plague of Flames looks similar to Darkest Hour, which is destroying your minions. That's why I thought new card should be 6-Mana.
But with Darkest Hour one is getting some ridiculous high minions, hopefully. Plague of Flames is destroy your minions and the same amount of the opponents, it's defensive. I still preferred that some health regeneration would be printed, but that doesn't seem very likely to happen. Maybe this works, but I just see new cards that sacrifice others, not anything to generate or worth destroy being released, so, it doesn't seem as op as made believe.
Imperator Thaurissan with Mechathun in your Hand--> empty your Deck-->Turn 10 Mechathun then Plague of Flames --> Win
Uuuh, what...? There's already a reliable combo with Bloodbloom and Cataclysm that doesn't require you to empty your hand. Also if you wanna do what you described you could already use one of the other 1-mana spells that destroy a minion.
True, dont thaught about it in the fist Moment
maybe good in an egg deck, Nerubian Egg, Devilsaur Egg ,Scarab Egg ,Twilight Summoner are more than happy to die anyway
Rafaam's Scheme and this for when you want to flip the table for cheap.
Rafaam scheme + this = 4 mana twisting nether.
