Competition Theme: Just My Type
Sometimes you just need to know who your friends are - and I know exactly the type I'm looking for!
- You must create a card which has an effect when all minions in your deck are the same type
- Whether it be Dragons or Demons, Mechs or Murlocs, so long as they're all the same type you're good to go!
We've brushed up on our spells before, but now Lundy wants us to revise those minion types!
As always, I can be reached through Discord or here on the site via PM if you have any issues to report.

Welcome to the site!
Similar designs, so it's a question of preference. Armor gain is usually more expensive and harder to achieve than simply dealing damage with Nature spells, so Zuluhed should cost more than Deathwing Lord Prestor. I personally lean more toward Zuluhed because I want to give a win condition to Dragon Shaman, although the numbers still need tweaking.
If you're curious, "Zuluhed the Whacked" is an actual character, leader of the Dragonmaw clan and even makes an appearance in Gul'dan's Book of Heroes. The weapon is made up, though. Lord Prestor is Deathwing's human form, like Onyxia/Lady Prestor, so I gave them the same statline.
Can't find a better art and not sure about wording.
EDIT: Add a new variant...
Little bit of creative thinking and I think I got something!
Finally! I missed this :)
I'd like to know if this artwork is already in use, because it feels very familiar to me. I'm also a bit concerned about the wording.
Early feedback:
That said, the artwork is a bit of a problem. I tried finding a different one, but I couldn't find anything. In case you can't different one, I'd change the character entirely, even if a bit of flavor would be missed in the process.
Finally, about the wording, it should be "your Deathrattles trigger as Battlecries" ("triggers" is for singular, and here it's "Deathrattles" in plural)
That said, I don't like cheap cards that have a game-lasting effect, because they're too RNG dependant. I think you should either make it a Start of Game effect or increase the Mana cost so that it's not as polarizing.
My initial idea. While Paladin isn't necessarily the Elemental class, they could have them as a new archetype, and they are also quite spell-heavy. Also having this in Mage would make Ignite Mage even more busted as an additional and cheaper tutor for Chandelier. EDIT - this could be in Priest maybe?

Welcome back everyone!
A late welcome, but I too was fashionably late to the party last week...
This week however, I am prepared with no less than three cards:
A bold choice, so tell me if I'm in over my head. In mid- to lategame, Zanari hardcounters any deck that insists on yeeting spells in your face. The intended effect is to shift the meta to a more healthy one where decks have both magic AND minions. Similar to C'Thun, the Shattered which prevented control decks from relying on fatiguing their opponents.
More of an alternative to Dr. Boom, Mad Genius. It does require a full Mech deck and only triggers once a turn, so I gave it "Start of Game" to make the deck more consistent. Also, fun fact: the name Rhea means 'flowing stream', which I found rather fitting as streams of data flow between her and the rest of your Mechs, allowing them to move quickly (with Rush!).
Handbuffing spells might not be conventional, but it doesn't seem unnatural for Hearthstone. Elementals and (damaging) Nature spells already go well together, and I think this would be a nice addition. Not completely sure about it's balance yet, maybe it's effect should be limited to 2 or 3 spells?
I know three is a bit much, so there's no need to give feedback for all three, but I would like to hear everyone's favorite.
Let's see how this fella is received.
The main idea, is just a control/value card, a less aggro way for pirates to be played.
But can really grind someone if a Ship's Cannon or Skybarge is up.

Inspired by new Benedictus, feedback soon
Ok
Feedback Time:
As for balance, because the cards focus on the powerful weapons, maybe the minion cost should be increased or it's Attack lowered to pose less of a threat.

Maybe change 'its cost' to 'the spell's cost' for clarity. And the current effect also allows you to stack the cost of multiple spells. Is that intended?
Wailor
About the wording: you could change 'have' to 'always have' to clarify that it's a permanent effect or alternatively have it 'set' their Attack equal to their Health.
Neoguli
"…whenever you cast a spell, draw an Elemental." seems more in line with Hearthstone.
Fedrion
My only concern is that it generates A LOT of stats, most certainly for a Neutral card. You might want to increase it's cost. Alternatively it could "…summon six random pirates that die at the end of the turn…", still providing the control, but only leaving a 6/3 on the board.
ChickyChick
Also, how do I replace 'Show Spoiler'? I've been wondering for a while now.
Feedback
Both of these are fun designs and the payout for both of them is certainly big. I think I probably prefer Zuluhed the Wicked as Dragon Shaman seems like an interesting archetype to push since Shamans are not typically about Dragons. This is bonus points for me, though I'm not sure how others will feel. Some may prefer Lord Prestor in this regard as it seems like more of a "believable" design choice.
As I did point out, due to the way Gonk, the Raptor works, a single Nature spell that deals damage to multiple characters will allow Dragon's Maw to attack one additional time for each character it damaged as opposed to just a single extra time. This may not matter that much since you'll only get a total of 6 attacks anyway, but it may be something to consider.
The art is used for the Totem of the Dead treasure, though it has been long established that artwork that appears on cards that are not available in Constructed are fair game to use for collectable cards, so you are good in this department. I'm not going to judge this as a Standard card since it quite obviously isn't intended to be one as there simply wouldn't be enough Totems in Standard for this to work. In Wild where there are actually enough Totems to make a deck with this effect, you actually might get something good! If the past is anything to go by, it seems to be a very aggressive strategy.
Zanari the Brilliant is quite the effect you've got there. My concern about the effect is that the permanent Elusive effect on your hero is on such high extremes of usefulness depending on matchup. Against some decks, the effect is entirely useless and against others, it just instantly wins the game outright.
Rhea the Mainframe seems like a fine card on its own, but it is unfortunately usurped in practicality by Dr. Boom, Mad Genius which grants ALL of your Mechs Ruch and doesn't require every minion in your deck to be a Mech. This is made worse by the fact that the card is in the same expansion and class as Dr. Boom, Mad Genius. If this was in a different Mech class or perhaps even Neutral, then I think you'd be onto something.
Forest Guardian is certainly a deviation from the norm of this comp, and I mean that in a positive way. I think it'll help the card stand out. Unfortunately, I do think the card is quite a bit on the weak side. I think it could not have the Elemental condition and the card wouldn't be overpowered. Of course it then wouldn't be eligible for the competition though.
RIP Captain Hooktusk.
I know it's not quite the same and it's not strictly better, but still, [Hearthstone Card (RIP Captain Hooktusk) Not Found].
Caught me at the tail end of writing this.
It is a little bit weird that "Crumbel" sounds so similar to Grumble, but then again we have Lyra and Myra so it's not exactly something I can take away from the card. I think the effect works out quite well. The effect is stronger than either Genn or Baku and the condition seems a lot easier than cutting out roughly half of your collection in deckbuilding, though the fact that the card is class-specific may help alleviate that.
{spoiler text=writehere} feedback {/spoiler}
maybe im wrong because im not that good at giving Feedback but shouldnt the first card leave out "the" after equip?
So it would read "If all minions in your deck are Dragons, equip Mace of the Destroyer"
Also - here is my first idea:
Edit: Added the (rounded up) text so i do not have the "stats." as an orphan at the end of the sentence.
Challenge me ... when you're ready to duel a god!
New idea. I think the previous one was more original, but this one is cleaner and has some nice paralelisms with Mal'Ganis.
Again, I'm not very happy with the wording.
Rhea the Mainframe should probably be Neutral, as Demon said.
Forest Guardian looks more like a Druid Beast than like a Shaman Elemental. Since Shaman Nature spells are usually lightning-related, maybe the artwork should be an electric Elemental or something. Besides that, I'd change the effect to "If all minions in your deck are Elementals, gain Nature Spell Damage +2". Buffing spells in your hand is a bit weird.
Of course, the artwork is gorgeous, because Jeeru is the Dungeon Run boss, so she was painted by artists hired by Blizzard.

Alright, I made Lithin more expensive to get rid of its early-drop potential. I might still end up changing "its Cost" to "the spell's Cost" or something like that.
And now it's time for some extra feedback:
Card draw with a pretty decent body that can turn into a nice board if your deck is built accordingly:
Feedback in reverse order:
Demonxz95: Already gave my thoughts on Discord, I'll just mention you should call it 'Dragonfire Rune' on the card.
Wailor: If the set this comes in is paired with some Demons like Pit Lord, it could be extremely powerful. I'd be really careful with Start of Game effects. I like the totem slightly more, but, again, Start of Game effects are dangerous, especially since this basically turns all your totems into better Lightspawn.
FieselFitz: Really big beatstick! Best this can get is around 29/30 if you play it on curve or 23/25 when you'd play around turns 9-10, when you'd expect to (thanks for the math, Echo!), and that's assuming your deck nothing but Murlocs. Game-winning against Aggro, will probably get you killed against Control and Combo, especially since you're now half a deck closer to Fatigue.
ChickyChick: Pretty good. Stat-wise, it's the same as the Paladin upgraded power, except on a single body. I'd make it cost 7 because a) Benedictus is also a overcosted by 1, and b) this might actually work with Genn Greymane and make the HP 1.
Fedrion: This is pretty damn strong for 6, especially if, like you said, you have Ship's Cannon or Skybarge up (side note: Why is the formatting between these 2 inconsistent? It's the same damn text!). Should probably cost 9 or something like that.
AeroJulwin: Zenari is an automatic no. Rhea is interesting, a weaker effect than Dr. Boom, Mad Genius, but I think the fact it's Start of Game makes it too powerful. I like the Forest Guardian the most.
Neoguli: Nice draw engine the turn it's played, since there's no way it survives until the next one. Odd choice to go Paladin with it.
R: I feel Huhuran is more fitting for hunter, but you'll have to change the art, since that's just Princess Huhuran's art mirrored (tells you how much this saw play because I couldn't even remember her name :P).
linkblade91: I feel Zuluhed is more interesting, though it's hard to judge the balance on either.
Finally, a belated Welcome back! to everyone.
This might be a little overtuned, but I like how this can work in a big demon hunter deck. They can draw a lot cards and its not too hard to get a full hand in order to cheat out a couple of demons.
Feedback:
I'll probably make my card 7 Mana, to prevent trying to use it in even decks, as well as it may work balance wise, and then post it with Hero Power token. Thanks for all feedback.
Ok
Thanks to all for the feedback.
I upped the cost and attack by one.
Thinking straight, a 7 cost pirate, in a full pirate deck, is honestly, bad. Or better said, its balanced, but in reality the only cool aspect of this would be to be able to gain some value in the late game, which in fact, if you're playing a pirate deck and made it to turn 7, you most likely won't win.
Other thing to keep in mind (disclaimer: not really), I'm a purely Wild player, and there this card wouldn't really see the light of day, at least not while the average game ends by turn 7, and I made it with the wild mindset.
Papa Nurgle wants to share his gifts.
@Fedrion - This is not that bad, as the game does have a few higher-Cost Pirates, so maybe you could use this one in Rogue or more control variants of Quest Warrior. Now that I think about it, Bok and Cannon Barrage sounds nuts if either costs (1) less.

Sorry for the radio silence ladies and gentlemen, but I'm on a bit of a Hearthstone break, playing lots of FIFA. Submitted a card anyway because it would have been the first time since these competitions started on OOC if I had not, but yeah. Having a break feels right.
I'll surely make a come back in a few weeks, EA's idea of an in game economy is so outrageously rip off that I won't stand it very long. Good luck everybody!
I notice I am confused. Something I believe isn't true. How do I know what I think I know?

I'll also apologize, for my lack of feedback: been playing Mercenaries nonstop, plus writing up some stuff about it. Just haven't thought about the comp at all >_> Almost didn't submit on time D:
Congratulations to ChickyChick!
Congratz to the Winner!

Thanks guys
Ok
