Might see play actually. This could fit into some warrior decks in order to draw some frost cards, or in Freeze Shaman. Both of those classes aren't that good at drawing cards, so this helps them out a lot.
And of course, mage could run it, but they already have lots of draw and in freeze decks they already have Frostweave Dungeoneer.
RNG is only fun as long as there is a 50/50 chance of getting something really good or trash level of bad. If RNG always results in something good, then it's not fun.
Neutral Frost tutor, what a world. Unfortunately I think at 4-mana it's just too expensive. Mage doesn't need it and Shaman probably has better options as well.
I guess it opens up certain combos if you are looking for a specific Frost spell in other classes.
I tried having fun once.
It was awful.
Wow a neutral tutor card. I think they are pushing freeze for every class on the next expansions
Freeze Shaman might not want this. But tutor cards will be good eventually, if you want to draw a particular spell.
Control Warrior wants this. The lack of draw the archetype has these days is one of the reasons the deck doesn't see play (the other being it's outclassed hard by Big Warrior), but tutoring out both Snowed In or Shield Shatter can be very useful in a minion centric meta.
Rating cards on coolness factor rather than predicting power because I like screwing up rating averages (and because I suck at predicting real power levels, but we'll ignore that LUL)
Wins per class (2/6/22): DH-197; Druid-996; Hunter-91«60; Mage-1056; Paladin-1126; Priest-746; Rogue-961; Shaman-1095; Warlock-871; Warrior-906
That's pretty expensive.
Chumbawumba is the worst band name.
Crazy good. A neutral, Frost specific tutor is amazing. If ANY Frost spells become too good, this is an auto-include. Important to note that some classes like Warrior only have a couple of Frost spells, so this always hits what you want and it has a body itself.
Better tutors out there at the moment. Still could be needed once other cards rotate.

Loot Hoarder is literally better.
Next please.
Decent draw card for classes that don't have much draw, although those also got some more draw this expansion. Might see some play if you really want to get through your deck or find specific frost spells.
Now every frost class have their tutor to enable the combos.
If I am not mistaken, Warrior has a few effect that are conditional to Freeze effect - it is now more consistent
Struggle with Heroic Galakrond's Awakening? I got your back :
Pretty nice tutor for freeze shaman and control warrior but if those 2 decks suck, this won't see much play. Mage and Hunter could also run this card if they desperately needed draw.
TREMBLE before.... the most legendary dragon that ever existed!
Tutors are usually good I think. I could see this in Warrior to help the Frozen Buckler + Shield Shatter combo.
Mage almost certainly has too many better options to ever run this, but Warrior and Shaman are both getting several good Frost spells, and most of their draw pools are tutor effects that won't get those cards (e.g. Investment Opportunity, Cagematch Custodian, Tinyfin's Caravan for Shaman, and Stage Dive, Harbor Scamp, and Corsair Cache for Warrior). I could easily see this finding a place in either of those classes.
It's an interesting idea to create neutral tutors although flavourful and in agreement with AV, I feel like tutoring Holy or Nature spells would have more take than Frost.
amazing frost support. Not much for wild really, but in the freeze meta we are heading into, this will be essential
Put him in freeze Shaman and all of the sudden you are a very consistent deck. He compares well with Primal Dungeoneer. While this one only can draw one card, it is always the correct spell school for you.
Unfortunately, common sense isn't as common as it should be.
Stats are great for a card that draws. OK in a deck with a decent number of Frost spells, but I can't think of any situation where you want to be drawing a really specific Frost spell that would make this truly shine.
Welcome to the site!
Card draw is good, and if there's a specific Frost spell that you want to draw then this can tutor it right up for you. I'll go out on a limb and say that this minion doesn't see play in Standard.
I don't want to cure cancer; I want to turn people into dinosaurs.
Seems alright, but I'm thinking most decks that would run this are running their own draw engines and/or Multicaster.
Hey, you heard about that Mario guy?
Neutral tutor card, so should be good or decent at least.
Seems like a trend that these tutor on a stick cards will appear in the future for 4 mana and on a 3/5 body.
Has decent stats, so might work for Shaman or Warrior if built around frost spells.
