First of all, the flavour for this is very weird. Why is it a Druid card? What's druid about wyverns and orcs throwing bombs? The card itself seems pretty strong in the right circumstances, but I think the right cicrumstances might be too uncommon.
Was hoping for an actual beast here, but whatever, this helps midrange as well. Now the question is whether Rush beats Taunt.
I tried having fun once.
It was awful.
This requires a lot to really get going. Since the summoned tokens also gains the effect there are some interesting chain-reaction potential. But it's probably too situational to ever happen outside Poison Seeds.
Also a weird flavor for Druid, I'm not buying it.
Since you have to have a decent board to make this work, Wing Commander Mulverick is a little bit of a win more card. That said, it does seem like it could be highly impactful in Token/Aggro mirrors as a way to overtake your opponent in a close match. You'd only really need to make one or two "real" trades before you can start just trading Wyverns to generate more Wyverns and clear off the enemy board for pretty cheap.
Has great potential, but the setup is not that simple. Just playing Arbor Up instead (with tokens or small minions) is probably easier and more efficient.
So I think this legendary is meant for a token druid where you have a wide board. I do feel it's more of a win more card and the effect is kinda lackluster. I'd be surprised if it makes it into a tier 1 token/aggro druid
TREMBLE before.... the most legendary dragon that ever existed!
Has synergy with Beast summoning, but requires set up for a very small payoff. Bad Druid Legendary bingo checked off.
It's basically Soul of the Forest, but with a 2/5 Rush attached to it. Gives the deck a lot more staying power before Arbor Up deals the killing blow.
Rating cards on coolness factor rather than predicting power because I like screwing up rating averages (and because I suck at predicting real power levels, but we'll ignore that LUL)
Wins per class (2/6/22): DH-197; Druid-996; Hunter-91«60; Mage-1056; Paladin-1126; Priest-746; Rogue-961; Shaman-1095; Warlock-871; Warrior-906
Seems like some good removal, and the wyverns are probably beasts, so you can cheat out Frostsaber Matriarch faster. Seems like a interesting card to me, that might see play.
RNG is only fun as long as there is a 50/50 chance of getting something really good or trash level of bad. If RNG always results in something good, then it's not fun.
So boring design for a legendary.
Its yet another one of those minions that properly powerful in its own right, but in druid is mostly a mismatch, if not an outright none card. It requires druid to play a midrange style, of which the class doesn't (for now anyway) excel too much in. Its the same problem with Druid of the Plains, being a very strong minion in a class that cant appreciate it.
The problem is that this card requires quite a good deal to be good. Being able to essentially give all minions Soul of the Forest until this is removed is great but this require your opponent conveniently having a board for you to honor kill your stuff. Also, its a 4 mana 2/5 rush, which means unless you can at least guarantee one honor kill somewhere its a completely subpar minion.
There's lots of talk of this being able to clear an entire board of 2 health minions on its own. Well, that's a stretch in of itself. Surely if it does it consistently the meta will just warp around it. Let's also not forget that there are plenty of honor kill cards triggering on 2 health minions, so this card might get countered without even being guilty for it.
It's like manual Lord Godfrey on a stick. Kind of.

It's one of those cards that does something with a keyword other than simply having it. I wonder how many wyverns you'll usually get out of this.

I will be your wingman! "Take my breath away..."
Not bad for a swing turn, but other than that... less than thrilling for a legendary
I think this will be an alright card that is sometimes run in token druid, depending on weather or not the meta has other decks that play minions in them. Solid card, and I like the design atlesat. Also maybe run as a counter-druid card for control druid, as you can ping down the treants super easily

It seems ok, but that doesn't work for a legendary card. I guess it can help control against aggro. It just doesn't seem to fill a need that druid has right now. I'm planning to try to get every card for this expansion but I won't be planning what to do with this one.
Unfortunately, common sense isn't as common as it should be.
Since the Wyverns are Beasts, there's something sort of there for the synergy, but overall this feels like such an odd inclusion for Druid. I'm not quite sure what they wanted it to be used for - Token decks I guess?
Welcome to the site!
I don't know how to evaluate this, for me honorable kill is not that easy to proc, so this card has a great potential, but a very limited success rate
Seems fairly strong by itself, as long as your opponent has a lot of two Health minions you can HK them with Mulverick, and then use the Wyverns to HK and summon more Wyverns. Could be fun for Token decks that have a lot a of minions and don't mind trading them if it means they get more minions (it's a bit like Soul of the Forest in that regard).
I don't want to cure cancer; I want to turn people into dinosaurs.
The better Wing Commander, and potentially a very powerful comeback in Token Druid mirrors.
Hey, you heard about that Mario guy?
Seems like a strange card to evaluate. You need a board beforehand for it to really shine, and then to set up optimal trades to make the most of it. Not sure it can be reliable enough to see play.
