Hearthstone has finally added a major feature to their interface to better communicate to players about their quest progression when conceding games.
When pressing the concede button, you will now be given an additional prompt if you aren't going to make any progress on one of your quests to confirm that you are okay with this.
Quote From Out of Cards Concede?
Progress for 1 or more of your quests will not be earned if you concede this early.[Concede Now] [Keep playing]

Well, that's fine I guess.
Hope this doesn't translate to some bug when conceding.
As long as you're at 15 health or below, conceding will advance your quest to play x games.
There is also a turn threshold, not sure about the exact value.
Turn 10 or 15 health.
I hope this does not pop up when it would not actually affect quest progression. That would get annoying.
Correct, it wouldn't make sense to do so.
Not making sense has never been a reason that applies to Hearthstone, especially for new things, especially nowadays.
If I'm conceding, it's because I have no interest in continuing the game, I'll play another, but good on them for thinking of it... eventually.
