Something will need to be nerfed here. Lady Prestor will often give multiple Kazakusan. Allowing you to chain this effect multiple times until you win the game.
Just load up Lady Prestor, cheap minions, removal, and draw. Maybe even Lorekeeper Polkelt for consistency.
All cards listed are neutral, and so can be done in any class, with the best being Druid and Warlock for the draw potential.
This deck would rely on getting to Lady Prestor as fast as possible
I cannot find the tokens created by Kazakusan, but unless the tokens have the dragon tag I do not see the issue?
Edit: The tokens are duel treasures, so you can only activate it once??
Your face is already dead
On paper it looks absurd, but its likely only going to be played by one class: druid.
In other classes, the restrictions make it either impracticable or impossible, this being an 8 mana card without taunt or rush. And then there's the problem of draws. Like it or not, even with the most powerful treasures available, you're not really going to do much with one treasure per turn.
That's where druid comes in. Spell druid is hardly new, and guff allows you to draw, on top of ramping up to 8 mana much earlier than you should otherwise be able to. Druid is also the only class that can reliably draw Kazakusan with Capture Coldtooth Mine, and since you can have 2 copies you dont have to run pokelt (which incidentally isn't a dragon, so that's another layer of inconsistency there).
The only other class being equipped to handle this: Controlock, spell mage or control warrior. But all three suck. So better luck post rotation I guess.
Wait... because of him working when your deck is empty, we may have an additional counter to King Togwaggle for every class, except as opposed to Archivist Elysiana, we'll get cards of absurd quality. Granted, Tog is off-meta, but we now have a much better card to basically make gameplan of decks like Tog Priest irrelevant.

Lady Prestor does not change the costs of cards so Lorekeeper Polkelt will not help.

Incredible card! This seems like so much fun! It's [Hearthstone Card (Archevist Elysiana) Not Found] but better, as [Hearthstone Card (Kazukusan) Not Found] also replaces your deck. But Kazakusan replaces your deck with DUELS treasures, which are often extremely powerful, which means Kazakusan has a really big impact.
Playing Kazakusan decks are going to be really fun! And if there ever will be a slower meta, Kazakusan might be included in a bunch of slower decks, similarly as Zephrys the Great being included by non-highlander decks because of the battlecry. Also i read that devs confirmed that the battlecry works if there are only spells in your deck, as it only checks minions. Also you can use Lady Prestor in order to use the battlecry if your deck runs other minions.
The classes i imagine being able to make Kazakusan work really well are: Druid, because of Wildheart Guff and druid has plenty of tutored draw with cards like Capture Coldtooth Mine. And also Warlock because of the hero power and mass card draw. Maybe we will see a non-The Demon Seed warlock deck! (Imagine that!)
RNG is only fun as long as there is a 50/50 chance of getting something really good or trash level of bad. If RNG always results in something good, then it's not fun.
Don't get me wrong, this is a nice gesture towards the people who love to play the Grind game but I don't see it being viable in the current landscape. Ending games is just better than just outressourcing and if you go for the long game you better pack a lot of consistently defensive ressources like Big Beast Hunter can do.
If this doesn't find Locust Swarm you're basically hoping to cobble some win condition together from different pieces....like Clockwork Assistant + the Buffing Knife (which could be a sick lethal in a spell deck, but is far too inconsistent)
I mean, think about it, you just yeeted your deck but your best options are just removal. Now you can delay the inevitable for a while but it doesn't actually get you closer to winning.
I tried having fun once.
It was awful.
Maybe I'm missing something, but does this first verify that your deck only has Dragon minions, and then replace the whole thing? That sounds just awful. Thankfully for those that want to play this card the Bad Luck Albatross will be rotating soon to keep them from getting stuck with a dead card activation in hand. I think it will find meme status, and at the least be fun to dink around with, but I don't see it being competitive.
Definitely looks cool, but comes down pretty late. Might not be that great because of that.
Yeahhhh.. about that... In my limited experience so far, it's coming down way too early (in Druid and Priest decks) and it's just ending games immediately with broken treasures that weren't designed to be in Standard. You can't really play around them either.
Albatross went to Wild almost a year ago dude. Of course, if Kazakusan takes off in wild, Albatross might be very useful

Just here to share my very limited experience so far: 5 games as Druid, won 4 of them. I started with my previous build where my only minions were Ivus, C'Thun and Yogg. Took out Ivus and Yogg, added Kazakusan and the new spell that summons whelps with Rush. Lost to weapon rogue (it was close though). Realized C'Thun was bad here and swapped him for another whelp spell. Won the next 4 games. Worth noting: I managed to draw both Guff and Kazakusan in a timely fashion, and that's for sure why I won.

HA! I'm obviously observant
Why does Kazakusan works when the deck is empty? Its text doesn't say that :/
Same reason Reno Jackson works with an empty deck. Kazakusan doesn't require a Dragon to be in your deck, it simply stops working if there's a non-Dragon in your deck.
Besides, it would be pretty frickin' lame if you played a Dragon deck to use this epic boss monster, and it didn't work because he was near the bottom and you already drew all your Dragons. That would feel terrible.

Hmm. Turns out he's dead.
