Quests
I just wanted to mention, how much better is the new design approach of the new quests. I think we need to put them between old quests and death knights .
They bringing back the element of sacrificing a card slot in your opening hand-and most of the time your turn1 play is play nothing.
On the other hand, death knights/hero cards were OP because they gave gamewinning HP without any restrictions, (only the high mana cost). But you only had to slightly build around and they worth running any midrange/control deck. Not to speak about the extremely powerful battlecries which are usually flip the table.
It just feel right, to for that better HP you need to do something, and see the orange counter ticking, getting prepared whats coming even if its for you, or for your opponent.
Basically upgraded hero powers have slower impact on the game, however more late game value, while you keep pressing that button on every turn.
But its more fair, than having them from the beginning of the game, like with Genn Greymane and Baku the Mooneater.
It was smart chice also when you play wild, you naturally dont want to play the new quest and the old quest/DK together.
I am really excited about the expansions quest element, and curious how it turns out.
What are your opinion?

Coin go... brrrrr
My opinion is I want the Priest and Rogue quests in golden, because so far they are the most likely cards in the set to see a nerf in the future. If one did get nerfed and I had it in gold I'd dust, craft regular, and then have 1600 profit for another legendary or some epics.
Overall, I like the way the quests are being done this time around, and some have great potential. Looking forward to next week!
Quick! Someone give me something clever to write here.
It would be nice to open a golden one of these from a pack or from logging in - then there is a profit if nerfed as you say. But don’t anyone go crafting it golden in hope of a profit from a nerf...
I actually don't think you can profit from a nerf if you craft it. Because you'd spend X and then get X back from a disenchant, leaving you a net profit of zero dust. The only real way to profit from a nerf is to open golden as you mentioned, then DE when nerfed, craft normal, pocket the dust difference.
Sorry if I didn't make myself clear in my original post.

I've learned from Hero cards and Genn & Baku to be wary of anything that majorly upgrades hero powers (keep in mind no one had any issues with them until we actually got to play with them). Upgraded HPs can be well designed and make the game a lot more interesting, but they are easy to break and when there's 9 more being added it is not unlikely we'll all be hating at least one of them in a couple of weeks.
Still, for now the approach is at least interesting and appears to address a couple of the issues from previous HP upgrades (namely starting with them on turn 1 or coming alongside powerful battlecries).
I want to know what the hunter quest is .. Rexxar got an 'average at most' one last time so here's hoping.
The revealed cards went all over the place too from spells to secret to big beasts so no way to guess.
ARES summons Erymanthian Huffer.
ARES declares attack with Huffer .
Adonis' hp reached 0. ARES wins!
