Perhaps it'll see play, because secrets do tend to disrupt even if its entirely innocent. I remember the days where one of Ice Block's most infuriating effect was forcing your opponent to waste their turn testing for Counterspell or Mirror Entity
But you might argue that its not worth it in standard. Unless your deck is specifically build around secrets, spending mana to play both this and the secret means your not playing out your gameplan, and there's always the chance that the secret is shit.
Likely going to be played in rogue, priest or paladin. In most other classes, you're better off playing your cards that win you games instead.
Decent card. Could be very good depending on how many new secrets we get. Also there was a new Rogue Card that would interact with secrets so i guess we will get at least 1 new rogue secret. Maybe this could find it`s place in rogue ... otherwise so far im not sure this will be good enough to see play in mage for example.
Challenge me ... when you're ready to duel a god!
I think this is awesome. But I love playing Secrets. If you have secret synergy, then this will be another notch on the belt. Otherwise, filler.
I love that every class will use secrets with this
Rogue card disguised as Neutral. Don't see a reason to play this anywhere else except for the memes.
I tried having fun once.
It was awful.
A 2-cost 2/2 with discover is just plain good. Any deck with a little extra space should consider this. (I'm looking at you, Reno-thal!) I'd give it 3.5 stars if I could but I will round up to 4 because I think it's going to lead to a lot more rage than anyone is expecting.
Was there another card not long ago that allowed classes to do things they normally couldn't? I feel like there was.
That just opened the door for any classes to have access to secrets, and not only those classic theft-oriented classes - Rogue & Priest - Think this is quite the good news
Struggle with Heroic Galakrond's Awakening? I got your back :
Everyone wants a Counterspell!
Hey, you heard about that Mario guy?
Quite a nice Arena card. Not sure if this would fit any deck outside of it, however.
INSANE value card, will see play in a bunch of decks. Secret decks will love it, and i bet that some other control decks will just slot it in, just to get some value and/or disruption. Also Questline priest will probably include this because this alone can trigger the 2 and 3 cost card of the questline, if you hit a mage secret.
RNG is only fun as long as there is a 50/50 chance of getting something really good or trash level of bad. If RNG always results in something good, then it's not fun.
