Even more disruption but this time in meme epics. There's better disruption currently and this effect is triggered off a deathrattle so your opponent can just play around it.
TREMBLE before.... the most legendary dragon that ever existed!
Its a very strong card. But its never going to see play in competitive.
The thing is that no one is going to play this card unless they're memeing, because the last thing you need is for your own Plaguespreader to start backfiring on your hand. In a world where there's so many disruption tech available right now than there ever has been, this card is simply redundant at best, and at very worse a nuisance.
But that's hardly any criticism. If you put this card into your deck chances are good your aim is not to win but to frustrate, and this card does that handily.
Seems strong, especially considering this can counter Sire Denathrius, but it thats also the problem. Your opponent will use their Plaguespreader to transform your Sire Denathrius. And i feel like there are better disruption options available, so i dont think this makes the cut.
RNG is only fun as long as there is a 50/50 chance of getting something really good or trash level of bad. If RNG always results in something good, then it's not fun.
They really love to rpint more disruption, huh?
Better than Mutanus just for that purpose because it comes out faster, but worse in terms of getting countered by silence.
Also does nothing against non-minion win conditions (like Phylactery)
I tried having fun once.
It was awful.
So eventually everybody's hand is filled with Plaguespreaders, eh? If this isn't a meme, then I don't know what is.
If shaman can eat 7 minions in my hand then with this card I will create a rogue deck to turn all minions in my opponent's hand into crap! It will be very nice to see the opponent tilt and withdraw from the match!! But what a card delight!!
I am more concerns that my opponent will strategically choose when to trigger my deathrattle, therefore playing around Plaguespreading ... As a battlecry, this would be prime disruption - but it isn't
Struggle with Heroic Galakrond's Awakening? I got your back :
Welp, there's my day 1 deck. An aggro Undead Druid deck that tops out at Plaguespreader. If you don't run Sire Denathrius, you don't have to worry about yours getting hit. Drag the opponent down to your mana curve and kill him with experience c:
Better call Thrall!
Rather slow disruption, basically hoping that your opponent kills it and is willing to play it out. And then there's hoping that multiple Plaguespreaders don't transform other Plaguespreaders.
Hey, you heard about that Mario guy?
Weird card for sure. Can be annoying to deal with, yes, but I doubt it'll actually end up seeing any play.
