What's the most effective way to report bugs?

As the title says: What is the most effective way to report bugs? -> emphasis on effective
Otherwise - Is there a thread to share those bugs to not suffer unnecessary losses?
BG: Whelp Smuggler doesn't work with Sylvanas' HP
Duels: *Might Edit in the Cards later* The DK Giant doesn't reduce its cost when playing the Treasure that gives 'green DK' cards.

Unholy Embrace is super buggy, yes.
If you want to report bugs, the best place is by far Blizzard's forum.
Spice Lord and self-proclaimed Meme Master.
And even more specifically, any current Known Issues official forum thread that we tend to link to in any of our "Issues & Fixes" articles, as that's where the developers track the posts the most. Sharing the bugs you find in the comments under those respective articles does also help everyone here take notice.
A lot of designers are also active on Twitter and do respond to various bug reports over there, even if it's not the designated source (so best don't expect anything, but it might be heard).
