I should probably wait to review this card until we've seen what new draw cards Rogue will get, but right now it looks uninspiring. Even at half cost, summoning 2 random 4-drops seems mid. If you can discount it down to 0 or 1, it could be pretty nice.
"Be excellent to each other." -Bill and Ted
Rogue doesn't need new draw for this to go (0). Gear Shift is still in standard. Draws from cards like Fal'dorei Strider's tokens also count as draws. It is the easiest part.
What it worries me more is, there are a lot of low stat 4-cost minions and 4-cost minions are mostly good for their battlecrys which is in this case completely useless.
Unpopular Opinion Incarnate
8 is a lot. Seem like on of those cases where they originally tried out the card at a lower cost and overshot the nerf. Maybe this is stronger than we think.
Way too slow for just two random 4 drops. If discovered that would be good. Like... Compare this with natrias rogue location...
Lemushki - The one and only since the 2006 rebranding.
I think this would need a Draw Rogue to already be a thing for it to see play, Luckily, you've got Gear Shift and the new Giant kind of already pushing that style of play so I think this could be a real deal in Turbo Draw Rogue as an additional cheap/free threat to pay off all the cards that have been drawn - and I know it says it costs 8 but it's always going to cost at most 7 because you draw a card at the beginning of every turn (unless you're in Fatigue, in which case how much this costs is the least of your concerns).
I don't want to cure cancer; I want to turn people into dinosaurs.
This one's pretty hard to evaluate.
It's pretty expensive and draw costs mana meaning that you probably won't save that much mana overall on turns you're able to draw a lot and play this, and it's pretty hard to make this really cheap.
Now that I'm writing this out loud, I'm going to say no. Not right now at least.
Very random card for sure, won't sure about it
0 Mana with Triple Sevens. Pretty much the only Chance this sees play right now.
Very expensive for what it does, but knowing Rogue, there's a chance this could popoff
Not my cup of tea. Two random 4 cost minions isn't exactly game breaking and while Standard will have a hard time reducing this card's cost in a significant way, Wild has simply way better pay off cards for that kind of playstyle.
I notice I am confused. Something I believe isn't true. How do I know what I think I know?

Keyword: random,
I don't see this finding a home even in burn rogue.
Most the time this will be a 5 mana summon 2 four's.
Considering it's a Rogue card and it'll likely be played for free most of the time, I'll go ahead and say it'll be pretty good.
Well, if you play Triple Sevens, this is free. Question is, does anybody play Triple Sevens?
Encourages an interesting sort of Miracle, where the mass draw turn IS the Miracle turn.
Hey, you heard about that Mario guy?
