What is your favorite non-legendary card from SoU?

I'd have to say mine is Vulpera Scoundrel.

After playing it in my Casino Reno Mage I quickly came to love this card.  The art and flavor are great and the card itself is pretty good.  Being a cheaper, neutral Ethereal Conjurer and having the fun "Mystery Choice" as a fourth option makes the card even better!

  • Vulpera is definitely cool.

Currently i just love Bazaar Mugger. The card holds fair Tempo, fair Value, and fits the Quest.

    Fun & Effective.

  • Loving Frightened Flunky in taunt warrior atm. It fills the 2-mana slot perfectly and can create insane value when it repeatedly discovers itself. Also makes games run faster now as it, along with the rest of the taunt package, enables much more proactive plays than in last season's control warrior.

  • I've been playing a lot of Quest Druid, and my favorite card currently is Oasis Surger. Two 5/5s with Rush for 5 mana is fantastic value.

    Friendly
  • I love pretty much all the new secret stuff mage got, even if Cloud Prince is a bit over-the-top but aside from that, Garden Gnome, Overflow and Anubisath Defender are also really fun and good in my opinion.

Hard to pick, but I'll go with Flame Ward for opening up so many options for Secret mage.

And being so hard to play around to

It's not hard to play around.  People just straight up don't play around it.  We've never had a mage secret that AOEs the board so they don't think of it.  It's the same deal with pressure plate

You may be right on this one, we may all just need a bit of training to make it as predictable as any other secret. I was saying hard to play around as in, usually, you would test the water deploying a cheap minion 1st, then a cheap spell, and so on until you are confident you can make your move. We will get better at it, or maybe just I need to get used to it

I think the main reason people play hard into Flame Ward is that people are just trained to check for Vaporize first by hitting with a small minion and Flame Ward is kinda checked the opposite way.

Missing a bit of damage by checking for the wrong secret first is marginal (and arguably not even a missplay if it's randomly generated).  I'm talking about players going face after playing out their minions for the turn and damaging/losing their minions.  Even when I was stuck at rank 1 for a day, I was facing plenty of players doing this.  Other times I see people play their minions, drag an arrow to my face before remembering the secret exists and deciding to not attack

  • Infested Goblin as a personal favourite, and Flame Ward for taking Secret Mage to yet another level.

    Also Hunter's Pack.

  • Oasis Surger, because it single-handedly swings the game back in Quest Druid's favor after those slow early turns.

Frightened Flunky is such a good two-drop for Warrior, and the flavor and voice lines are hilarious.

Hunter's Pack is great too. Gives great value considering Hunter has so many good cards right now.

  • Lots I haven't tested yet but so far the Scarlet Webweaver has been amazing..  honorable mention for Pressure Plate cause it got me out of a few sticky situations.

  • Wasteland Assassin because i like the art

  • I'm adding Plague of Wrath to my favorites because of the animation. Best one in the game by far

  • Diseased Vulture for all you aggro fans out there. if it comboed on the turn u play it its great if it survives 1 turn u probably win the game. insane

  • I like Questing Explorer quite a lot. It's a pretty simple card, but I like how it addresses one of the key weaknesses of Quests.

  • Well there are more than 1 i realy like but i guess right now one of my favourite non legendary cards is Sandhoof Waterbearer

I Like Priest and i think the card is pretty nice - and also i realy like the art :)

  • My favorite non-legendary is either Dune Sculptor or Flame Ward (Can't Choose, there both so good/fun!)

  • Frightened Flunky is a brilliant 2 drop in my Tempo/Taunt Warrior. So good, in fact, that I crafted two of them in Gold.

I'm also loving Mogu Cultist as well. Currently playing a Wild Warlock that uses them, Glinda Crowskin, Emperor Thaurissan, Drakkari Enchanter and Dark Pact for a 40 damage to everything End Of Turn Effect.
