If you could solve one problem...

What if i don't have a favorite game?😝 Even though i haven't played in years i'd make WoW much harder and much less grindy. Regarding HS i'd hire designers that know how to make the game fun without a monthly/expansion meta each and every time - basically,someone who knows how to move away from the idea of a meta in card games.

How can you have a game without meta?

In Hearthstone, reduce the number of random discovers. Having a few random cards discovered each game is OK and keeps the game surprising but playing against a deck (looking at you Rogue) that continually discovers random cards and then plays them over and over again (looking at you Tess) is just plain boring for the other player, not to mention the frustration. Just my opinion, though.

Maybe it is due to a lack in variety in the way you can construct your deck?
