Sorry for the Noob question but what is a highlander deck?
Is it something to do with the movie? Or is it just a random name?

Aberlour 18 Year Old, Balvenie DoubleWood 12, Caol Ila 12, The Arran Malt 14, Auchentoshan Three Wood, Kilchoman Islay 8th edition, Lagavulin 16 Year Old, Glenmorangie Signet, Talisker 10 Year Old.
"There can only be one!" ...copy of each card in your deck. The movie is definitely the reason behind the name :D
It's also called a Singleton or Reno deck; Singleton is pretty self-explanatory, and Reno refers to Reno Jackson, the first Hearthstone card to employ the Highlander mechanic.
You should check out this week's Rock Paper Scissors article that talks a bit about the history. "A word about Highlander decks"

TL;DR of it though is Highlander is indeed a movie reference "there can only be one" which means your deck cannot include more than 1 copy of any card.
