the argument of curvestone is a bit weak. Galakrond really wants to be played after 6 invokes happened, so it's not curvestone, but a risk/reward assessment. Also the devestations are way stronger than pulling a card, so you're incentevised to wait. If anything this card is skill-testing to get max results. Still crazy bonkers strong obviously.
anyone know what devastations are? sounds like lich king cards to me but idk for sure.
drawing galakrond is obviously strong for those decks but it depends on how many invokes you already played. the only time you do not want to play this is when you have galakrond in hand already but even then its a 6/6 so its still strong
edit: so devastations are more like kalimos effects, huh? they look really strong aswell. insane card
Its hard to evaluate this card since the 'devastation' is an effect and not place a card into your hand. Therefore its probably only going to fit into midrange Galakrond decks, and likely the most common use of this card is to draw Galakrond.
Drawing your win condition is of course pretty good, but on curve without Galakrond its still a 6 mana 6/6 that doesn't affect tempo on board and its not even a taunt minion. And if you got Galakrond in your hand then it does nothing until you've played Galakrond.
Oh, and this can only fit into 5 out of 9 classes. Its definitely an auto include in all Galakrond decks but that's only teetering on the very edges of the word.
Okay stats for its cost, but the effect is the game changer here. Tutor AND curves into your Galakrond, although you may draw it before it's fully evoked, which you lose some potential value if you play it early. The devastation are spectacular, good for many situations. In wild the Galakrond will have to compete with existing hero cards, which in my opinion are superior.
Makes the Galakrond decks very good. The devastation's are amazing. You can play it to clear the board, to buff your minions, to stall or for direct damage that heals you. If you're going for a Galakrond Deck, he's your man.

Card is 100% bonkers insane. If I could give this a 6 star rating I would. It synergizes with every archetype all the Galakronds seem to push, from Aggro Warrior to Zoolock to Control Priest to Combo Rogue. If it draws Galakrond, its a bit slow tempo-wise, but you just drew your win condition. If Galakrond is out, he is the win condition. Just wish he didn't look so cartoony.
Curves into the card that you built your deck around and if somehow you drew it later it just gives you a devastating effect. I don't know how this card will not be super powerful.
You know that a new thematic deck is going to be good when it brings its own tutor. Galakrond decks just got a lot better.
I personally love the second effect too. I tend to draw the cards that are to be drawn via tutors way before I draw the tutor itself. With the second effect, it won't be a dead card then.

here it is, the most op card of the expansion
Well, I guess we are gonna see this around for a while, and get after a few weeks get infuriated by this : it's just way too good.

This is how you can bump Galakrond even further beyond, by using this type of madness. 5/5
A strong card with no punish whatsoever.
Staple in Galakron Decks, really strong.
Big stupid strong card, easy to use.
Nice card since you get to draw your special card or if you already played it you get an awesome card of your choice.
Insta craft. I don't think anyone can afford to not have this card!

Guess they want Galakrond to be a thing :)

If Galakrond is at all viable in any deck, Kronx Dragonhoof will be there. This is basically an auto-include.

Does anyone else feel like this whole set is a bit broken? The devastations are nasty.

Basically a Twin Emperror Vek'lor type of card.
