Duskbreaker 2: Enforcer Boogaloo

This card anyway is super strong. Do you guys remember Duskbreaker? Well, he's here again (and this time, he hits both faces). You're getting a Hellfire with a 1 mana 5/5 here, which is really good to say the least. Abyssal Enforcer saw play, and this has a better stats:cost ratio, so of course it's going to be good. Auto-include in all Dragon Warlock decks. At this point, the question becomes "will Dragon Warlock decks be good?" - If so, then expect to see this card everywhere, and you're probably gonna hate it because it's just that strong.

Warlock has traditionally become very powerful when given access to good healing. And dealing 4 damage with Lifesteal for only 2 mana is very, very good healing. It's an Eviscerate, but better; a Frostbolt, but better; a Darkbomb, but better. I can't begin to understand why this card is a Warlock card, when the class should struggle with both direct damage and healing. Yet here we are.Dragon Warlock remains untested for now, but one of the key components to its potential success will be this ridiculous card.

This reminds me of Myra Rotspring, except better. You can control what Deathrattles you copy to some degree, and it thins your deck. That's not even considering that it has better stats and you can run 2 of them. The only downside compared to Myra is its Combo effect, but surely there's always a way to make that work.
It's hard to say how good it will be, and it's very meta-dependent. Such a strategy can easily be weak against various decks, but it's sure to produce a lot of fun and craziness to keep you coming back. I’d say it's an exciting card to try out for Deathrattle Rogues.

Now, I don't think anyone would argue that this isn't a strictly better Antique Healbot. It can target anything with its heal, it's a Dragon which is more relevant than a Mech in the current climate, and it gets more stats on top of it all. I don't need to convince anyone that this is a very strong card. What I can say is that that is perfectly okay.
Antique Healbot's strength - and it's failure in design - was its neutrality. It gave classes like Warlock and Rogue access to the kinds of healing they simply shouldn't have, not then and not now. Paladin, on the other hand, excels at single target healing; this is a Paladin card to a tee, and in Paladin it's a perfectly fine card; strong, perhaps, but not overtly or ridiculously so.
I think this is a great example of how powercreep isn't a one-dimensional issue, and how a simple tweak of a class can make all the difference.

If Galakrond sees play, for any reason, Kronx will be right alongside him. He is the Twin Emperor Vek'lor of Galakrond: a Neutral Legendary that goes hand-in-hand with a card you were given for free, to encourage you to drop dust on a (potentially-)strong archetype. I will be playing Galakrond Warrior for sure, and I will craft Kronx if I don't pull him.

And once you do get a buff on it, getting free Health each turn can help with further survivability. I could definitely see this making it even into some Priest decks, where you can heal and/or buff it and have a really good base for follow up plays from T1 alongside Northshire Clerics.

Hot Air Baloon = Reverse Micro Machine
Kronx is just stupidly strong either as a tempo card or a finisher or control card.
I have one small correction I'd like to make: Veranus is a female and you refer to her as "he", lol. No biggie though. She's a lore character who was Thorin's personal mount at one point. As always, I'm happy to see more legendaries who are actual WoW characters. Kronx is made up for Hearthstone as far as I can tell, but he seems like a decently strong character with a specific purpose, unlike some other Hearthstone exclusive characters who aren't really given any really identity or sense of where they fit in to the expansion's story. Looking at you Face Collector.
Face Collector is an animated piece of moss and a bit of a hoarder. Lore wise I think the pertinent question is not 'what is Face Collector's story?', but 'what about Hagatha can we infer from its existence?'.
A huge part of the Witchwood set (about half of it I guess) was character building for Hagatha and the wood as a whole as much as it was about the individual cards. It is a bit of a shame the cards in RoS and SoU failed to really make use of her ability to turn motionless objects into wandering monsters.
Still, I feel they got her closer than Rafaam. I love Togwaggle being in rogue, but I have to wonder how supreme Rafaam could have been if he had been rogue instead and let loose with his thief identity...

And she does animate the Walking Fountain (unless that already moves around in Dalaran?). But having so many murlocs felt un-Hagatha-y since there were only 2 murlocs in WW, and one of them was Dr Boom's creation (Nightmare Amalgam).
Oh well. Still better than Rafaam's flavour of... generic demon cards. Hopefully DoD and its introduction of nether dragons will give a satisfactory explanation.
Agreed. I found the shaman and warlock flavors very lacking and too generic as the basics of the class in Hearthstone. I'm honestly just tired of murlocs and kobolds at this point.
I don't mind the kobolds, partly because they don't impose any specific mechanics like murlocs do. Also, them getting picked on in the artwork of spells for the non-EVIL classes seems to be one of the primary story telling aspects outside of the solo content.
I do think 3 expansions with a continuing theme is quite enough though.
As someone who didn't play a whole lot of constructed during Saviors of Uldum, in part to not being very excited about it when it dropped, this expansion is lookin' FIRE! The new Dragon AOE option from Warlock is appreciated Crazed Netherwing, though I am sad that menagerie isn't much of a thing right now in Standard because that would be a ton of fun to play. Veranus is without a doubt a must-craft card though for me, maybe even golden.
I also really appreciate the flavor mechs revealed today. I wonder if we'll see some more which can round out the available mech package even more. I REALLY WANT TO TURN ONE A Hot Air Balloon!
i hope all the reveal days will be like this. so many new cards. can we make heal druid a thing pls??
