Pogo Hopper Deck Idea/Help

Hey all, I'm in the middle of brainstorming an idea for a new deck, specifically for the Buffs that are dropping today. I love the idea of a Pogo Hopper Deck, but I don't know if there's enough card that synergize with it to build a whole deck around it. I've got the ground work created, but I'm open to any/all suggestions! Thank you!

You focused too hard on the deck's gimmick.
Favorite Card: Vulpera Scoundrel
Dust Wishlist: Zephrys the Great, Siamat, High Priest Amet, Psychopomp, & Plague of Death
Might be a bit slow but I think spirit of the shark could work for a deck like this.
