except the fact that you only have one in the deck and Priest doesn't play tempo
The most powerful 4 drop ever printed is Kazakus, and Shredder has been powercrept into oblivion and sees exactly 0 play
Mindflayer is a little strange. It feels like a Steal Priest card. The only purpose is to copy a valuable minion your opponent has. But it's a delayed effect because it's a deathrattle. And it's a deathrattle that only has any value through a battlecry. Cards that resummon the minion are not very good with it (Wretched Reclaimer, Embalming Ritual). Which means you need copy effects (Vivid Nightmare, Shadowy Figure, Power Word: Replicate) to make the most out of it. I don't know. I like the extra support for Deathrattle Priest but this card doesn't seem very good because you are completely dependent on your opponent to get any value out of it.
But Chronobreaker seems very powerful as a midrange minion that threatens your opponent's board if they try to remove it. Requires dragon synergy but that shouldn't be a big deal. The fact that it only damages enemy minions is a big deal. You can develop your own board freely while they will be punished when they remove this minion. It's pretty good.
Chronobreaker seems slow if you can't kill it in time and it doesn't have taunt either so it can be easily ignored. Most aggro decks will ignore it and possibly trade other minions instead. it seems too predictable when it gets played. Worst case it gets silenced/transformed or not killed in time.
Mindflayer Kaahrj seems pretty meh on play, but really good once it gets killed and gets that big minion. bad against aggro decks.
Actually is OK against aggro, a lot of aggro minions are 3/3s which are good enough to copy you are getting 6/6 of stats fro 3 mana that's quite good actually and it trades 2 for 1 vs aggro minions this card is really good in combo priest cause it wants minions that are sticky so this looks like ti got no home at surface, but actually there's already a deck for it.
Aggro will not play big minions
Chronobreaker reminds me of Chillmaw, but its strategy is very different. It's just a decent dragon to play in your deck. It gives you a body in the mid-game, and maybe sets you up for a great turn. But it's not a control card, and I wouldn't think of it has a board clear when including it in a deck.
So is Kharrj summoning the minion on YOUR side of the field or your opponent's side?
It would be EXTREMELY bad card if it would summon it for your opponent

This is death rattle , so much slower and can be silenced . Not nearly as effective as dusk breaker. I think this maybe it’s a control or midrange deck that wants stall. Not super powerful. The legendary card is interesting. I think it’s better than first glance . Maybe not strong enough to be legendary though. This effect could be epic IMO

Doesn't look like a stong legendary at first glace. As it's deathrattle is part of a battlecry, it won't work when re-summoned. Cards like Wretched Reclaimer therefore won't give much extra value to it.
It's much better than it seems, would you play a 3/3 deathrattle: summon a 3/3? that's the worst case, I don't think any deck got less than a 3/3 to play early, even a 1/3 is ok to copy as a combo priest or some mech to magnetize zilliax to it latter this card can be good against everything, but OG freeze mage which didn't ever play any relevant minion.

I feel like him too. They printed 3 Duskbreakers in this expansion which is not cool. Ok the effect is cool but they are same with Duskbreaker. Nothing new.
"Here, take a deathrattle Duskbreaker, Don't you like ? So here, You can deal damage to the face with this. " etc. etc.
