Zoo has some handbuff tools, but not much. Might focus more on that to abuse the power of this guy.
Imagine you buffed it a little and suddenly you have 2 of 7/6 body with rush for 5 mana, huge tempo swings! I definitely see myself try it out in Zoo.
A great card to turn your small leftover minions into good rush dudes. This seem insane in arena as it seems to help both in controlling the board and gaining presence for the board—good body and effect for the cost.
It looks strong. On the one hand, I’m happy it’s a neutral card, cause that means a variety of decks will be able to use it. On the other hand, I think it would make more sense as a class card, simply because most of the time, strong cards like this are class cards, not neutral ones, so as to give interesting powerful tools that are exclusive to a certain class. But okay, I guess. I think I’m going to hate Zoo/Aggro/token decks that use this
Basically buffed Oasis Surger for everyone. Zoo/token decks will love this.
strong in any token deck like zoo or token druid. needs a board and is kinda win more though
5/5 this card is absolutely broken. Another tempo swinger ridiculous in aggro and tokens decks or just on curve. Eeven a 0 mana wisp becomes strong with this.
This is so good. It seems like a better EVIL Recruiter , it can target any minnion, it gives rush and has itself rush and it is a neutral card meaning everyone can use it. Given all that, the slight extra mana cost seems almost inconsequential.
and it transform you weak or damaged minion in average 4 mana drop with rush and it can handbuffed to even more board presence great

This is pretty strong for any token deck that can make weanies for this guy to transform.
Also works well if your transform effects backfired, you can turn that guy into a 5/4 with rush.
10/8 worth of stats that can remove whatever is going to be strong, I gaurantee it

a neutral 5/4 with rush would have a chance to be played without the battlecry :o
Why is this a neutral.
This could have made an interesting card for Priest or maybe Warlock (flavour wise at least) but instead they basically just printed a neutral Oasis Surger for any lackey-based deck (or just token decks in general).
Like, why wouldn't you just slam this into most decks? What could be a better turn 5 play than turning a friendly token into a 5/4 with rush....while also playing said 5/4 with rush.
And that's not even counting handbuff shenanigans.
If this doesn't get nerfed within the first two months then we're gonna go back to the Keleseth days, where every deck was comprised of 50% neutral cards.
I think this card is outstanding. For any zoo or token decks it can easily convert a 1/1 into a 5/4 with rush. Not to mention the buff cards we've seen like Embiggen or Galakrond, the Unbreakable granting even more potential value from this.
Wait a second if you play Shudderwock after 1 drop you have a chance to go infinite again. Is Shudderwock combo back in standard?
Yes with Barista and/or Sathrovar (and maybe even a banker or two) you can go infinite again (yet not the million times as of old). Less reliable than the old combo maybe, but definitely fun to make at least a homebrew out of it. The comment about the bounce is only if you play the elemental which i would not prefer.
Though I suppose if you use lynchen and sathrovar it becomes more reliable, especially if you lynchen one of the corruptors for extra 2 battlecries in the pull
Well by "bounce" I meant all the "back to hand" effects going off before you make a copy of shudderwock
I suppose it is less reliable because you can bounce 1 drop first and then transform nothing into copy...
