Has the dust settled from the Shaman Nerfs?
The dust has settled from the recent nerfs to the Shaman cards that seemed to be the reason the class in the current standard meta was so broken. In my experience, it doesn't feel like the class has really felt the impact of it. Sure there are a couple of cards that are a little slower now, but overall the class still feels the same to me.
The only real difference for my versions of the Galakrond, the Tempest decks is my inclusion of Corrupt the Waters and Electra Stormsurge. I have found that playing Electra and then Dragon's Pack is mega dumb.
But aside from Shaman, I've actually really started to enjoy the Warlock Galakrond decks and the variants that people are creating. So my question is this... Now that Blizzard has "neutralized" Shaman Galakrond, what are you playing now?

This is sad. Guess I'll keep playing Battlegrounds until nerf round 2
Communism is just a red herring
Rogue and Face Hunter are really popular right now. Galakron Shaman is good but I don't think it'll be Tier 1 again. The nerfs really hit its tempo.
I find Galakrond Shaman just as good as before the nerfs, a little slower, but just as good. Kinda dumb really. Oh well, 3 months of this then rotation season! lol
I haven't played that much since the nerfs, just daily quests basically, but I pretty handily beat quest/galakrond shaman with Lackey Zoolock, so yeah, even with a small sample size, I have to say the nerfs were effective. I expect the meta to evolve quite a bit now that there's room to experiment without one S-tier deck warping the entire field.
fear not. they are going to do more nerfs after new year so keep an eye out
Shaman is still playable but seems weaker to me. Apparently no more mogu and one turn late corrupt elementalist give you enough time to pressure shamans.
I play a lot of combo Priest and found it difficult pre-nerf Galakrond shaman because they consistently could wipe my board. After the nerf I went on a huge win streak from 10-5 (more or less) and Shamans are no longer a problem.
The deck was hit hard. At the very least they have to alter their tactics making them vulnerble to other decks. It is not as strong as it were before.
alright, so I'm the first to say it here: If Face Hunter doesn'T get completely gutted with the next patch I'm quitting the game. That deck is pretty much retarded. Even dedicated defensive decks struggle with the constant damage output. It doesn't even matter that there'S counters ouut there, it basically shuts down half of the playable classes because they don't have access to excessive healing.
I tried having fun once.
It was awful.
