I could puke. Honestly. After another game in arena where a extremely bad player once again got Kalecgos from Messenger Raven I was confused, bought HSreplay Premium and will uninstall this Activion $$$$ game.
Kalecgos is played after Messenger Raven in over 70% of players that score in average below 3 wins. Above the numbers go down until it is below 3%.
Do you honestly still think they don't use the same shit EA uses in Fifa, the worse you are the more luck and rigged matches? Believe in this and live in your world.
It is damn obvious.

Class cards show up 4 times more often than neutrals for discover effects. I also distinctly remember having read that the latest expansion enjoys additional weighting in discover compared to prior ones, but I can't seem to find documentation on that.
Either way, do you have any evidence for this, a source on those stats, something other than just your own impressions based on bad outcomes?
Anyone who understands the basics of statistical analysis, sample size and confirmation bias is unlikely to draw the same conclusion as you based on those few hand picked examples.

The Discover mechanic is really strong in Arena, because the appearance rate of discovered cards is not affected by the arena bucket system. Class card appearance rates are actually increased compared to neutral cards, just like in constructed (though of course the latter doesn't matter for Messenger Raven).
It was the same last year with Stonehill Defender in Paladin decks, it had crazy odds of getting a legendary because Paladin had Sunkeeper Tarim and Tirion Fordring in addition to The Lich King.
EDIT: as for the Kalecgos drop rate going down for more wins, this might be because it's not a really good pick vs aggro and there's a lot of aggro in upper Arena. Better to choose something that helps you stay on curve.
