I agree it's probably better, especially in the long run, but would involve a discussion about changing their design philosophy for single-set keywords. Tbh I don't even know why Evolve and Unstable Evolution count as nature spells when it is old gods magic (shadow) involved.
Agreed. I brought up hobart because its the first card that came to my mind, and also because I think what everyone would focus on would be the upgrade to weapons in hand and deck rather than battlefield.
I really dont remember anyone playing it to be honest. Pirate warrior in means streets has always been small time bucc into free patches, and then curve into fiery war axe. I remember that upgrade! was played, but not this card.
Far as I know hobart has never been competitive, ever in its lifetime, and certainly not in wild neither.
That might have been important in like 2018 HS, but I can't see this mattering at all on turn 7.
Yeah, if there's some ways to cheat out mech minions for Paladin then it's a great card, but as it is? It won't do much.
I know they promised us a more board centric gameplay for the next year, but I can't see it. This dies to a single boardwipe spell, and all that it did for an impact is draw you one card. (and removed maybe two minions, if your opponent even had minions)
This card has one thing going for it, in that it also buffs your current weapon by +1+1. But is that really enough to justify the inclusion of a 5 mana 5/5 that has no other description?
Unless there's some massively powerful weapon down the line, or something as simple as Arcanite Reaper I really dont think anyone would need it.
Wow, people have really forgotten about Captain Greenskin. Not sayin it saw tons of play, but it's a lot more comparable to this card than Hobart. As for if this will see play, don't think so outside of Weapon Warrior, which isn't rally a thing.

+2 Damage won't matter too much for the first AOE, but they are vital for the latter 2 for changing the health breakpoints. They are low cost too so they can combo well with this card.
The first 2 wont matter much, but combos better with the latter 3. I doubt you will run this for the armor effect alone, but it can definitely help in desperate scenarios when that added health will change the breakpoint.
lol, surprisingly not a lot. Though I'm sure there will be more nature spells in the 2 years this is in standard. Mana reduction is premium in this game. If they print more nature burn spells in the future, this can combo well with Bioluminescence. If you can set up a board prior, drop this, then Bioluminescence, then unload your nature burn spells which have spell damage and are discounted.
You must be very fun to have conversations with in real life, with your throwing insults at someone who just genuinely trying to approach you in a way that you don't like.
Almost seems as if you also don't like the criticism that's being thrown at you.
Oh shit, was I too harsh? I guess I have blizzard's dick up my ass.
Edit: Welp the comments are gone now, so this is weird without context. But I hope they learn to at least be respectful towards others.

+1 Durability is a lot better than +1 Attack.
This card is definitely insane that's a lot of damage. Definitely a very strong card.
Imagine a 3/3 weapon turning into a 4/4. 9 Damage vs 16!
Absolutely Insane. A 5/2 weapon becomes a 6/3. 10 damage becomes 18.

Looks like they're trying to dial back the power creep in this expension. Had to be done at some point. Last time was maybe Rastakhan.

She was a human before she allied with Azshara and got transformed into what she is now. She doesn't technically have a race afaik.

Hobart Grapplehammer saw tons of play on pirate warrior at Gadgetzan's meta with Small-Time Buccaneer and Patches the Pirate.
But saw play because was a 2 mana card, a 5 mana card doesn't fit on an hyperaggro deck, so i don't see that card being played ATM.

New Shaman Minion - Coral Keeper
I'm prolly rating this a bit higher than most, but this is a board refill in 1 card. There can be value in that.

Yeah, except baseball cards were for actual people who exist in real life and make their living by playing baseball.
New Shaman Minion - Radiance of Azshara
I like this card, very flexible.
Let's look at the known spells in standard:
Fire
Don't Stand in the Fire!, Perpetual Flame, Scalding Geyser
+2 Damage won't matter too much for the first AOE, but they are vital for the latter 2 for changing the health breakpoints. They are low cost too so they can combo well with this card.
Frost
Glaciate, Snowball Fight!, Bracing Cold, Frostbite, Windchill
The first 2 wont matter much, but combos better with the latter 3. I doubt you will run this for the armor effect alone, but it can definitely help in desperate scenarios when that added health will change the breakpoint.
Nature
Charged Call, Chain Lightning (Rank 1), Bioluminescence
lol, surprisingly not a lot. Though I'm sure there will be more nature spells in the 2 years this is in standard. Mana reduction is premium in this game. If they print more nature burn spells in the future, this can combo well with Bioluminescence.
