The "hard hint" for it is you should look for one kind of specific cards that have a keyword very aligned with the night and you eventually will find him. If not let me know and I'll give you further details
Love these kind of riddles even tough some of them are kinda hard because i only play Hearthstone but since i played MTG i guess these are ok too but Mythgard and Runeterra ones are a rough patch :)

The moon doesn't have to be full. Some come out to play on different phases.
Looked for moon or half moon, werewolfs or other wolves but so far nothing - also i do not play runeterra so it is a little bit harder for me :)

It's worth noting that stats don't scale linearly - ie. a 6-mana 6/6 isn't nearly as good as a 3-mana 3/3, since the 6-mana card is a dead draw for the first five turns of the game. Its effect when it finally hits the board has to pay for both its mana cost and its opportunity cost of being a dead card in hand. That means static abilities, like Taunt or Rush, aren't worth as much at higher mana-costs on minions with vanilla stats (3-mana 3/3 rushers and taunts don't see play, so a 5-mana 5/5 rusher or taunt, or even a 6/6 are even less likely to see play - they need something else, like Trampling Rhino.)
In general, Hunter is looking for 5-mana cards that are potential win-conditions - none of the Dinos fills that role, though the Huffer dino could be given Charge.
Task 17 looks particularly difficult: Kill 40 enemies using [Hearthstone Card (Dragonqueen's Gambit 5) Not Found]. I found a consistent way to get kills is to run Heroic 1-1 where the enemies are low health with Cariel Roame. Cariel has [Hearthstone Card (Seal of Light 5) Not Found] that can be used on enemies. Thus we can consistently give enemies attack greater than their health in Heroic 1-1, to provide consistent progress on the task. There probably exists a better or quicker way to cheese it, but that's a way I was able to find to not make it seem ridiculously hard.
Edit: Not sure when it happened but apparently Seal of Light was changed and you can't use it on enemies anymore. RIP decent way to do her task 17.
It's so much fun having devs that bring to life a lot of new fun cards like the parrots but... Lulz guess what can't play em or anything else have fun competing with this shit.
We'll get a fix out this week to deal with the format - honestly, I wasn't even aware that people were using it still since the majority of the syncs come from either our HS Deck Tracker plugin or Firestone.
Duels Mind Tether Priest runs a lot of 'steal' cards, and dealing the finishing blow with them is rather easy, given the low health total in the first few matches!
