Which means it wouldn't hurt to progress on different servers to get some extra cards for that dust or just try and fill out your collection. Not sure if they'll transfer over gold, though.
Thanks for all your feedback so far. Looks like my ideas were even worse than I thought lol. I'll go with something more boring I guess.
It's a recycled card from season 1, adjusted to this weeks theme. Feign Death on a stick seemed to weak, so I doubled up on it. Funny how that feels a lot more threatening somehow. The restriction rules out Oblivitron, Savannah Highmane, Seeping Oozeling, Khartut Defender and OG Sylvanas herself of course. Not sure what to do about the card text. With four lines it produces an orphan, at -2 and -3 it collides with the Attack value and at everything smaller it jumps back to 4 lines until it becomes minuscule. Strange.
Also sorry for the late response to your ideas, life has kept me busy this week.

Nice to have you back! Greenskin is the least crazy of the three, but I'd say he offers the best chances to win this competition. Not having 5 Cost cards is no big issue for a Pirate deck with a few weapons, so it would definitely find a home. The art might be better, but that's a minor issue.
Wailor
One of my favourites so far. I like the 3 cost version the most because that's a huge price to pay for mage (no secrets, no AI) which is only fitting for such a powerful effect. 5 stars from me!
Lundy
Ooof, this super strong. Having no 8 cost cards is a really small price for the rewards this card offers. You should really go down to 4. I do like all the thought you have put into your cards, it's amazing how you managed to mirror the WoW experience. It's sad to hear that you can't submit that many tokens. If you want to hear my advice, I'd try to come up with something completely different and keep these cards in store for a better occasion instead of crippling such an amazing concept.
linkblade91
Very solid card, I like it. One thing I'd try to adjust is getting "2/2" and "Treant" into one line if possible. Edit: ooops, I kinda overlooked the part where it says "this game". Now that might be too much. But I see how it's necessary because you can't combine the restriction with an aura effect. Tricky.
Deminxz95
I really like the flavor behind your card, exploring the other side of Sylvanas is a cool idea. I do think the reward is too weak though, even if cutting 4 cost cards isn't too big of a problem for Hunter.
DestroyerR
Damn, I'm using this art as my profile pic on the OoC Discord and I didn't think of using it for this competition. I like your idea and the way it has shaped out on Discord.
R
One of my favourites so far. Very well done!
Longshadow
Loreseeker Cho wouldn't work since you can't discover at the end of your turn. Even if that was possible I think the reward wouldn't be good enough for such a huge sacrifice because your opponents would clear this ASAP. Professor Jones is a nice idea, it fits the archaeologist theme pretty well. Be careful with the number of tokens though, I'm not sure if you can submit more than two.
That works perfectly well indeed or you could go full APM Spell Druid mode; gain attack plus armor and heal whilst drawing through your whole deck in 1 single turn for overkill damage. Very consistent especially combined with Solar Eclipse. You have to be fast though.
If you have an Archmage Antonidas on NA and on EU, you should end up with 2 copies of the card should collections get merged. Blizzard couldn't do this any other way because of people spending actual money on multiple servers. It is one thing to get something for free and then having the "two" copies just stay as one, but with money involved, you need to have the ability to dust those cards.
I'd love to see even ranked ladder go global though tbh. Having a single spot for a #1 legend and then figuring out different way of handling possible esports qualifications would be awesome. It would also be really neat to have a unified meta since sometimes you can see some variance between the regions, though not as much as China has seen compared to everywhere else.
I'm hoping we get announcements about Hearthstone globalfication on the run up to the next expansion. I'd also just take this Hearthstone year though so December or even right before Year of the x starts next April, that'd be cool too.
So if the cross region play eventually hits Hearthstone, what happens to players who have cards on two servers? I personally have only ever really played NA, but dabbled a little on the EU server as a F2P person there. I might have a few cards on there that I don't have on my main account. So would they merge? Or perhaps Hearthstone will stay regionalized in their servers, especially since they have their entire Grandmasters league set up by server regions. Who knows! Can't wait to see what happens with that though.
You literally had to add the same person on each server, if you wanted to play with them on a different server :D Maybe only if you added via in-game options, not via bnet.
I'm a little bit late for feedback, so it's good to finally get to writing it. I would however like to add a note that I see a lot of people using the Classic watermark for this competition, which I think is a bad look for the card since we're designing cards on characters that appeared in Classic, meaning that two different versions of the same character would be in the same set, which I feel like is just weird. I do realize that Galakrond exists and has 5 versions of himself in the same set, but I think this is chocked up in flavor to different interpretations of what would happen to Galakrond based on 5 different ways to awaken him with different magical powers.
But, here we go for feedback.
Wailor
I am glad you opted not to use the 5-mana version since I do agree that the condition for that one is pretty easy and the rewards seems like it could be very powerful. It's still powerful (arguably more so now that the card is cheaper), but there's now more deckbuilding involved. I'm not a huge fan of the 3 mana version because his size differs so heavily from his Classic 7/5/7 counterpart, so I would prefer the 4 mana version for that reason.
Linkblade91
That second version seems super-yikes to me. Druids are perfectly capable of spell-slinging and quickly building a huge board with this thing.
R
It seems you've already submitted, so I can't really help you, but I think this is a pretty fair effort. Giving any class a reliable Polymorph seems like it could be problematic, but it is very fitting to the character. It technically shouldn't be a GvG card since effects based on not having a specific Cost of card in your deck didn't exist until KotFT, but it's not that big of a deal here.
Anchorm4n
The cards are "cute", but these are tech cards with a deckbuilding condition. It seems like a really bad idea to limit your deckbuilding with a tech card only to go up against an opponent that the effect can't be used with it. Now, you not only have a bad card in your deck, but you also had to gimp your deck to put it in, making your deck even worse as a result.
DestroyerR
On face value, this is kinda cool. On a technical standpoint, it does raise one question though. If you interpret the text as strictly as possible, "this will be the 5th card you draw", then what will happen if it happens to be in your opening hand? If it were a card in the actual game, it wouldn't do anything different, and I think that much is intuitive. Strictly speaking though, does that mean that when you draw your 5th card, you'll draw this instead and take up whatever draw you had in the first place? (and effectively deny your draw since you're drawing a card that you already had in your hand to being with)
Lundy
In addition to what Link said about not being able to use that many tokens in your submission, having no 8-Cost cards in your deck is barely a requirement. EDIT: Didn't read that you were planning on changing that anyway, my bad. That would make it more of a requirement.
In regards to your statement about using Shots the same way as Poisons, this I do believe is a valid design space. But unlike Poisons, where a couple of them are similar but roughly do something different (such as making your hero Immune while attacking or drawing cards after you attack), every Shot in the game does roughly the same thing but just on a different scale, which makes it less interesting to work with.
Last time they did this it offered me a couple different bundle sizes but only the most current expansion pack bundles. Pretty sure I had all the cards in that expansion at the time, and I played Wild more now and back then! This time I got the Phoenix packs in an offer and the bigger Wild bundle, which makes sense as I play lots of Wild and my only missing Standard card is Lunacy, a "Phoenix" card. So they made some changes and improved their algorithm this time around for sure!
Not the best group, but Sunsorrow was decent in a wild Libram Paladin not too long ago, which I believe Darkbane was a part of, because you could drop a ton of free Wisdom librams on her for some burst damage and/or board clearing pings.
Second iteration of the old man. I only picked 5 mana so that it can maintain Archmage Antonidas' attack, but you're right that no 5-cost card is barely a limitation. So, here are 3 and 4 mana versions:
The 3-cost version doesn't allow him to be comboed with Secrets or other 3-cost spells (which are quite numerous), while the second doesn't allow to combine him with Fireball itself (which admitedly might not be a big deal). Also, neither of them can't be played with two Fireballs in one turn.
Big thanks to R, who edited the spark in place of the card of the original artwork.

It's not as refined as the other deck, but it should be a decent starting point if you want to try this archetype.

I played twice as spell mage, going first. Won both before the opponent played a card. Highly interactive this one is not.
I guess it's faster than the Macaw one last week.

Well I mentioned this topic to my wife and because she needed to get me a Father's Day gift still, it became the 40 Wild Pack bundle. LOL
2 Free Legendaries: Don Han'Cho and King Mosh, both of which I previously had golden and DE'd to recraft into something useful.
