playing this from gold 6 to gold 3, have gone 6-2 in bout an hour of playtime, pretty consistent, good amount of removal, great late game. You could probably do without willow for the fear of pulling tickatus out of your deck and hand
Glad you like it! I haven't had a chance to play much yet. I could see running a copy of Ice Barrier or 2 if Face Hunter is beating you. You could just swap out the Astromancer Solarian
There are simply too many barriers to entry. Treasures locked behind collection requirements that are too steep. Wild sets in play. 150 gold for Heroic. It does have a negative effect on the mode, as I'm consistently seeing long queue times and facing the same player in back to back games fairly often. 1 minute queue time after 4 wins then hitting 2 minute queue times after 6 wins. Please, please, please fix this Blizz.
Hm, strange. I admit I haven't played in a while, but I remember temp attack stayed after attacking in any class. That's also what's logical to me based on card text.
Anyways, those two cards didn't work the same way, which doesn't make sense.
I said in another thread this is now the most expensive Hearthstone mode. Not even Standard or Wild requires you have all the cards, or even most of the cards, in any given set. I get that they want to monetize the system, especially given their inability to effectively monetize Battlegrounds, but this feels arbitrary and bad.
We usually state it when an article is Wild dedicated, so if there's no indication you should just expect Standard stuff - we don't like mixing formats together because it makes our content quite... inconsistent.
Moreover, I am well aware of the existence of the deck you're talking about (I even saw the first theorycraft made by Yata on Twitter immediately after he posted it) but, as I said in another comment, "I have collected a handful of Wild lists but... I don't know if posting them is really worth it since the format really looks like a dumpster fire and people do not seem to enjoy it..."
The article doesn't say it's standard dedicated either. It's an article about the new cards that were released. Hysteria is in fact a new card. And there are both Standard and wild metas.
And this creates a new OTK in wild. Play the 1/1 that does 2 damage to the opponent when it attacks, give it immune for the turn , and then play this on it. As long as there’s 15 health of other minion stats on the board, it will do 30 to the opponent.
Add Shrinkmeister to the mix and you don't need the 15 health at all for the 9 mana OTK. Less if you can discount some of the combo cards.
This combo WILL BE nerfed. Play it now while you can.
they wouldnt touch Hysteria cause its a standard card.
Nuff said.
u kidding right? they touched a standard card in this case darkglare cause it was already plaguing standard too. get your shit together. they nerfed reckless experimenter before the snipsnap launched but left it allowed in wild for some time.
if they touch any of the cards in the combo it wont be hysteria cause its a standard card and they want it to work like that..only thing they can do to it is not being able for minions with immune to be targeted, but thats not touching hysteria thats just altering the overall mechanic of immune.
ez fix would be to make tiller hex proof aka "cant be targeted by spells or hero powers"
Just change Hysteria that it only can be cast on enemy minions.
No. The combo (in wild) also includes Shrinkmeister to change the tiller's attack to 0 so it attacks infinitely without killing anything. The problem here is clearly the immunity mechanic!
That's only the most effective version. Regis has a Warlock version that's doing pretty well, so long as there's 11 health on board for the combo (the remaining 4 comes from the speaker, for a total of 30 damage). That version can also go the combo at 10 mana, giving Immune to the Tiller and one Deathspeaker.
I played this a bunch yesterday in Warlock (no Shrinkmeister) and won a ton of games. The 1 attack on the Tiller was never an issue

New Team: "Glad to be here, so what's the secret project."
Ben: "The secret is there is no project. Seriously, you guys have any ideas, lol?"

It didn't make the list because it's not a Wild-dedicated article.

Not sure how Tiller OTK Priest didn't make the list. Hysteria is bonkers with this combo.
Expect the nerf to come quickly to either Tiller or Hysteria.
