Maybe you run it in Corrupt decks... but clunky really clunky
The likelihood of casting an 8 cost card with this in your hand, or holding onto it to be able to cast it for free is going to be rough. BUT... if you should so happen to do it, having a free 6/6 taunter on deck isn't a bad thing.
I don't think it's that good aside from Taunt Warrior which in that it seems very good. Just because it takes up space in your hand for so long I don't see it being played in anything outside of a hard control deck.
