This new design is really good, 4 mana 3/1 and the new wording made it balanced than the previous version of it. I think it is good enough for now. The only concern I have toward it is about the art, If I didn't mess it up, this is a piece of art from Aranna Starseeker, a DH Skin. For me, that can cost some point.
Midnight's Scythe looks good and cool right now, If you want to, you may just submmit that. I actually prefer the old version of banishing blade better, since silence seems not to belong to paladin in my point of view. The Forbidden Scoll is quite dangerous, and personlly don't like that one.
I really concerns about the balance problem of this new version of Xal'atath since it could be a 3 mana [Hearthstone Card (Free From Ambe) Not Found]r or Idol of Y'Shaarj. Pocket Knife looks good.
I think Balanced Blade would looks better and more balance if you changed it to 4/4/1. And DON'T DO the Blade of Souls. It is just as dangerous as it looks like.
it creates one spell in general or 2 from both regions?
I think this card should cost 2 if it didn't had the reduction so 4 spells cast for this to be even with it's value and it doesn't have attune like Coral Creatures, I think this might be just too slow/bad and there are too many bad 1 cost spells like Jettison (bad in a none deep deck)
It will create one spell. It's elusive, and it has synergy with, Fizz, because it creates a spell. And it gets cheaper when you cast spells, which also goes well with Fizz.
Do not underestimate this card. The health is pretty pathetic, but the elusive tag is always powerful.
I want to know what the deal is with Infinite Arcane. It doesn't say where the cards it offers you come from, but I faced an opponent playing C'Thun, the Shattered who cast this (before casting all 4 of C'Thun's spells), then discovered a playable C'Thun, the Shattered 2 turns in a row! That card was NOT in his deck! But if it offers you random cards out of the entire pool of thousands (as its text implies), how could he get C'Thun 2 out of 2 times? I lost obviously, which was pretty frustrating. But I am also frustrated because this card does not clearly state what it does. My best guess is that it offers you cards that STARTED in your deck, which would include C'Thun, in my example. But it doesn't say that!
Dont know the answer to your question, sorry, but i have another one: how does the discover work? I mean, if you play the spell, do you get to discover a card on the turn you played it? And if not, do you just lose your next draw, because your deck is empty and you discover a card to put on top? Do you take fatigue damage? Or do you discover a card before the turn starts, before you draw, so you discover and then draw the discovered card?:o
Infinite Arcanum discovers a card from your deck, not a random one. It wouldn’t be a treasure otherwise. Also, that C’thun interactions seems pretty busted lol

I don't really like perfect card effects outside of Zephrys, since it basically just robs him of his "virginity", if you understand what I mean. And this exists in the same same set, no less. Not only that, but Zephrys's effect in general is a bit polarized in opinion and fairly frustrating to play against anyway.
Another such problem is that no collectible Neutral weapon existed until Scholomance, so if you want to make another one, it should be from that set or, preferably after.
Ture, then I will try to come up with some other ideas that have a simpler effect later. Thanks to your reflection.
Just like what I thought, both of them were not that good according to feedbacks, so I decied to go with another idea:
Similar to The Card of Ledgend, this one can also replaces a card you draw with another one, and hope it can be a little bit more useful than a random Golden Legendary. (If it is OP, then probably I will raise its cost by 1.)

Durability should be capitalized. Appart from that, I'm not sure about having both the Battlecry and the Deathrattle. They don't seem very cohesive besides having Freeze synergy.
Do you think it would work better if the effect interacted with something else like Murlocs or Elementals?
I think the use of this card is less of a remove jimmy spell and more of a remove jimmy and respawn your kegs. For example your foe has Jimmy on board with 4 hp and you have 3 kegs you use boom boat and kill Jimmy and now you have 4 kegs instead of the prior 3 so I mean it sort of seems useful as a removal to keep your kegs with right?
Man I really hope that that Riven won't depend on recall to work, Noxus ( or any other region that isn't Ionia for the matter) doesn't have any recall cards, which mean that Riven would unplayable outside of a Noxus/Ionia deck.
Horrible doesn't start to describe this card it's so bad.
If Ionia had more cards, I'd say: I bet they have a big recall synergy coming up -- just wait and see! I think this is it for Ionia Set 3 cards though. The only thing I can think of: perhaps there will be a recall synergy from another region (Riven?), as the Ionia landmark also looks out of place. Otherwise I tend to agree -- it essentially looks like Will of Ionia with a big condition for the relatively minor benefit for being able to target a landmark which your opponent can replay, so the only net benefit is resetting a Star Spring.
Each to their own opinion. However, your critique reminds me of when you read a 1-star review of a game from a person who clearly doesn't get what he/she is talking about.
Yeah. There is some synergy between Tahm Kench and Freljord, you could use Fortune Croaker to trigger the effects of cards like Unscarred Reaver or Scarmother Vrynna, you can also combo frostbite cards into An Acquired Taste so that Tahm won't take damage when eating an unit, but that deck is kinda weak and I don't think that this landmark would change that.

Wiggly Burblefish
This is looking pretty spicy. The only card I'm not sure about is the Lounging Lizard.
Wiggly Burblefish
This guy is clearly meant to make Fizz more playable. He generates a spell, and he gets cheaper with spells, and Fizz wants you to cast spells.
Could potentially be a really spicy addition to a Fizz deck.

Well, since Freljord has two epics, it won't be quite that clean.
