The health change isn't that big of a deal because you can just play pilfered goods at burst speed so you still get your discounts, but now merchants die to withering wail and vile feast which is very significant. Grabbing from the bottom just means that you aren't denying your opponent draws, which pilfered goods should have never done in the first place. Should lead to fewer instances of like hey I got your undying you were just about to draw and now my board survives ruination and yours doesn't even though that's the entire point of your deck.
About pilfered goods thing yes it's unchanged, but I will argue that would just destroyed the whole mechanic, they probably looked at the win rate I assume it's not high enough to hit 2 cards instead of 1 they hit.
the hp nerf is significant the card is played as a 6 cards package, the allegiance is not always played but when you play pilfer you play the merchant and the goods so cutting 25% of the stats of a card is significant power drop.
Now about the top vs bottom.. except the obvious Freljord match up IT DOESN'T MATTER also Riot stated that on the patch notes (if for some reason you don't believe this reasoning) a card in your deck is totally random most of the time it's from the top or bottom.. it doesn't matter at all, if the toss mechanic was from the top of the deck it would be the exact same mechanic (Except anti synergy with freljord.. but freljord deep isn't a thing (yet)) for example.
They might have stolen your undying and ruination or that farmer guy that is totally useless the probabilities are the same and they are as likely to get it no matter from where they steal the card it's purely psychological.
usually i’m too much of a lazy bum to give feedback, but given the occasion i’ll try my best. here’s my card btw (does the submission program allow 4 tokens?)

linkblade91 - +1 star for formatting/flavor, +1 star for balance, but no star for the idea, since i feel like it’s just a little too crammed with effects for no real reason other than just beefing the card up, both in the original card and in the token. overall 4/5
KANSAS - not enough for formatting/flavor star yet (needs name/token art), not sure on the balancing star, but +1 star for the neat idea. overall 3-4/5, 3-5/5 after name and arts
R - no star for formatting/flavor (I think it should be “would” instead of “must”), no star for balance (dealing 4 damage, taking no damage back and summoning a 3/1 rush minion seems op) and +1 star on idea. overall 3/5, 4/5 after formatting change
BasilAnguis - +1 star for formatting/flavor, +1 star for balance, +1 star for the idea (although i think it would be better if dagger wasn’t just ashtongue slayer’s effect) overall 5/5
anchorm4n - +1 star for formatting flavor, not sure on the star for balancing (might be too difficult for dh to go highlander making this useless, but if it’s relatively easy this can be very op) and no star for idea, because it’s honestly pretty boring as far as highlander effects go. overall 3-4/5
I think 3 might be the maximum for tokens, but I'm not completely sure.
Time is money, and nowhere is that more true than with the Classic set...
Seriously though, the problem with hero portraits is people actually care about them, despite them just being gifs with voicelines. You can bet there will be some fairly new players with far from complete Classic collections that see it, really like it, and then spend money to expedite the growth of their classic collection primarily to obtain the hero.
Arguably that is not a bad thing: certainly Blizzard would love them to, and with the non-duplicate rule in place it isn't even that inefficient anymore. But I do think it is ethically dubious to present an enticing reward that you know will encourage a small number of people into spending a significant amount of money, when a throwaway one like a card back would be plenty to appease everyone.
Besides, the golden and 1000 win hero portraits are already there as the rewards for veteran players.
I like that you can get a super early Ragnaros, but it's way too similar to Blood of The Ancient One to catch my eye. But who knows, maybe people doesn't care about that.

I think I prefer DH Tony, but since you usually can only attack once per turn, I wouldn't make it a legendary.
If you still decide to make him a legend, you could use Varedis, who is one of the first five Blood Elves who became a DH.

I think the card doesn't break the rules, but it seems a bit dull, IMO. Dunno, the fact that Gift of the Wild is basically a mass Mark of the Wild makes the flavor a little bit better, but I'm still not fully convinced.

I don't like that the card is worded in an unsual way so that it can work with the generated card. I mean, the interaction itself is fine, but the wording is a bit unintuitive.
How about making the card a minion with the following text: "Whenever a friendly minion dies, give your hero +1 Attack. Outcast: Add 'Command the Illidari' to your hand. Of course, the minion would need to be understated. If you make this change, the generated card could be Coordinated Strike instead.

All your cards have superb flavor, really. I think I'd go with Surprise Element because its flavor is so funny I actually laughed IRL, even if the effect isn't the most interesting thing in the world. Weather Forecast is also cool, but its high RNG factor might be off-putting for some people.
I really like this one...if Blizzard was replaced with something else. It's weird for a Shaman spell to shuffle a Mage spell into one's deck. How about Rain of Toads?
I'll have more feedback for others later today, I think. Just popped in real quick while I'm waiting for something.
I used 'everything' in the viewpoint of whoever implemented the reward when the Basic and Classic (or 'Expert set' as it was back then) sets were everything. I would not even assume someone with a full Classic set has any other set complete.
Regardless, I'm not sure handing out significant rewards for finishing a set is even in good taste since it puts a major pay wall in front of most players. Granted the Classic set is a special case in this regard as simply playing the game for a long time will eventually get you there, especially with the recent extension of the no-duplicate rule.
That is not to say I would be against them handing out a card back for it: maybe a version of the Classic card back with the gold a little more shiny. Card backs are so minor that people wouldn't care that it rewarded those who already have large collections, but a hero would be a bit too much.
Card back would be more reasonable than 100 gold at least, a hero wouldn't be too weird tbh.. I mean it's not really a pay wall but more like something you can earn if you play for a long while.. since they refuse to change the classic pack reward in tavern brawls to 100 gold (there it's a better reward..) you will eventually complete the classic set (now with the rule change about 2 years sooner than I did, I believe.) so it's something to aim for.. while not being overly so much.. in the end of the day it's a gif with voicelines and just a cosmetic.. it's not much more of a paywall than any preorder hero..
I could see a really iconic HS or WOW character that is very known for HS players..

I'd actually like to see Blizzard release a bunch of goofy cards solely for playing in Casual. MTG did it with Unglued and it was well received. The serious players usually walked away from it and stuck to Standard format as it wasn't allowed in tournaments. However, just for kicks I think it would be pretty fun to have an entire set that would be nothing but these cards that either didn't make the cut of the other expansions or totally weird cards. I'd buy it.

Volcanic Guardian is too slow, I kind of like Aldor Adjudicator but getting two extra Libram of Hopes is kind of a lot. I am not 100% sure about the power-level on this card because I don't know how easy it would be to trigger multiple combo effects in a turn. Ishanah is interesting as a control tool, and I like that she makes use of bad cards. I also like that she doesn't support Rez Priest. But don't forget to put a period after the Taunt. Something Fishy is interesting, but I feels really hit-or-miss. If you are fighting a Murloc deck it just wins you the game, if you are playing a Murloc deck I guess it can be used to slightly upgrade your board, and otherwise it does literally nothing. Set the Table! is really cool, but probably too powerful.

First off, I would reduce her mana cost to 6 or maybe 7. It isn't worth spending 4 mana on a Fel Cannon, so I don't see why it would be worth it to spend 8 mana on two. Also, to avoid adding that extra line to the Fel Cannons you could just change the character to a mech. But aside from that I really like it.

No offense, but the card as it is seems pretty pointless. Why would I spend 8 mana and two cards summoning Ragnaros and not trigger his ability when I could spend 8 mana and a single card to summon Ragnaros and also trigger his ability. I would both reduce its mana and make it a battlecry. If you wanted to make it a little more interesting, you could do something like Mogu Cultist and make them 1 mana but make it so that you need to control 3/4 of them.

I want to like it, but I am biased against Warglaives of Azzinoth so I don't like it. But I can put aside my opinion for a bit and provide constructive feedback. I like Illidari Blacksmith better than Tony because it is simpler. It does a single effect, and then it is done. I like the first version better because I feel like it doesn't have as much potential to swing the game in an un-fun way. It gives the opponent more warning, and it is also slower. I would however change the Battlecry to only hit a minion so that it helps aggro decks a bit less and also maybe reduce it's stats.

I like the idea of a choose one effect, I also like first option a lot, but the second option is really bad. Gift of the Wild is a bad card, and going through an extra step to cast it isn't going to help. I feel like as it is now people are never ever going to pick the second one. I would find some other druid spell instead of Gift of the Wild. I would also have it cast both options just for simplicity.

First off the wording is wrong, it should say "Whenever a friendly minion dies this turn, give your Hero +1 attack. Outcast: Add 'Command the Illidari' to your hand". Beast Training Manual is pretty cool, though I am not sure about the balancing. Surprise Element is funny, but not too realistic (btw it should probably be named "The Element of Surprise") and it also needs a period after the Taunt. Weather Forecast is tied with Beast Training Manual for my favorite, but I do think it would be kind of under-powered seeing as Shaman doesn't have a lot of draw and it is very possible to draw these at the wrong time, and if you draw them at just the right time it could make a lot of players salty. All in all I think Beast Training Manual is the best, but I just don't feel too god about being able to play with 4 Kill Commands
That's some awesome response, thanks! I might try Wrenchcalibur instead of Ancharrr just to get a feeling for Pirate Warrior before I decide to craft it. But I fear that the lack of draw will weaken the deck too much.
I agree that the nerf to Blackjack Stunner is huge, that deck is so much weaker now.
I mean is it OP? I don't think it was/is that strong.. just annoying to play against as they steal your cards, I mean the 1 hp change to the merchant is quite significant power drop and they hit the freljord matchup which is probably the most frustrating.
At least they lowered the frustration with the top-> bottom change (which I would be disappointed if they didn't implement) and 1 stat drop in a 2/2 is 25$ less stats for the unit now it isn't even a decent blocker anymore...
it will change some %s for sure.. you don't want to totally overnerf it as well..
The patch notes are not always about what got changed sometimes about what didn't got changed, so control states heimer not getting nerfed is a big oversight.. I say probably.. but maybe the buffs give access to decks that are good against that deck, the juggernaut buff seems quite significant to me.
will need to discuss it later when everyone will see the patch notes in English (without google translate).
There is a card that boosts damage from shrooms the ship from Gangplank doubles every damage you your allies/skills whatever do so if you got that on the board and the opponent draws 3 schrooms they get 6 damage.
Ive been grinding up ladder with control bomb warrior, and can safely tell you that Ancharrr is very good, but far from the best card in most combo warrior decks. Its actually only very good because it tutors our your Risky Skipper, which in turn makes it very good vs dhunters, and just about any other swarm/aggro decks but is not a good weapon vs value like priest and mage. But if you don't have it but still want to go warrior, just go ahead and have a feel for it yourself. Of course, if you dont have ancharrr then the other weapons like Livewire Lance and Wrenchcalibur are mandatory to play warrior.
Stealth rogue is better because it closes games and develop better tempo than secret rogue. Against tempo dhunter, all you need is to run double Frozen Shadoweaver and that games in your favor, something not so guaranteed with secret rogue. Secret rogue does better against druids, but in my opinion struggles a little with other decks compared to stealth. That nerf to Blackjack Stunner is more than significant since its less justification to play this instead of Sap, and the hanar health from 5 to 4 means you cant just play it on 2 anymore.
Someone pointed out that my card doesn't do anything for Demon Hunter. So I am going to scrap that idea and make a new card.

I really like the idea of an "Ultimate Libram", but there are some things I would change. For one, I think reducing the cost of Librams by 3 is kind of a lot. 2 Seems like enough. Also, and this is a very very minor thing, but I would increase her attack. That way the Libram she makes will probably summon her again and it creates an extra little synergy between the cards. But all around it is a pretty cool card. People really want Libram Paladin to be good, so that will help you get some high votes.

First off, the wording is wrong. It should say "Whenever this minion takes damage on your turn, summon a 3/1 White Pawn with Rush instead." The main issue I have with this card is that it just feels kind of weird. As far as I know there aren't any cards in Hearthstone that have this kind of ability. Usually, the winning card isn't something that has created a new mechanic, but something that uses existing mechanics in a creative way. I don't think there is anything wrong with the way your card is designed, but something more inside the box might your card get higher votes.

I really like your card. It has good flavor, the token connects with the original card in a great way. The only thing I don't like is that it gives permanent Stealth to any minion, which is a dangerous thing to be able to do for 2 mana. If it gave the minion Stealth until the end of your next turn then you have 2 turns where it is Stealthed and you can play the token on it. Or you could give it Stealth for one turn which reduces the window of opportunity for you to play the token, but it also encourages you to play it in a deck that already cares about Stealth. All around though great card!

I want to like it, but I think in real Hearthstone it would probably need to get nerfed. As we have seen from Archivist Elysiana, adding 10 cards to your deck can make control v control go on forever. This card would do the same thing but worse. I really like the idea of hiding a pot of gold in your deck, but refreshing your deck is too much. Also, if you aren't able to submit all of the tokens, you can always just make it shuffle into your deck randomly.
I mean if they wanted to they could've changed it.. and give people a retroactive reward..
it feels bad for a long time player.. to only get.. 100 gold for completing a full set..
I wouldn't call myself having everything I am missing half of every set except the classic set which I was missing around 20 cards before the rule change, if not for that rule change I would still miss 20 cards for sure seeing how the classic set is 200+ cards large and they fill it with garbage cards instead of leaving it as is.
Has Yoink Gone Too Far?
