Specific tutors that cost earlygame mana are generically good because as soon as you have a viable deck with the thing they're tutoring, the tutor is justified unless it has keywords that mess up fetching or recursion. (This would probably be a crappier card if had the Demon tribe, for example.) If the devs hate us enough to bring back Evolve Shaman, for example, this would fetch a Bogspine with few downsides. It's a rare example of a card that can be of reasonable use in Standard, Wild, Duels depending on the sets available, and (in rare circumstances with specific classes) Arena.
It might be that Im misunderstanding how this card works. The wording is a bit confusing, because it looks very much like you get your deck swapped back the minute this thing dies or gets silenced, since its not a battlecry.
You have just a little under 7 hours to submit. I didn't really get a time to post the 24-hour reminder because of how the reveal season started and that just sort of took all of my active mind space at the time. I also didn't really have any time to possibly get another keyword in.
Last-minute feedback that hopefully you guys will be able to read.

I'm afraid I don't really like Maddened. It feels like it goes too much against the way Hearthstone typically works.

Infect is a fine mechanic, but the way it's written on the cards is sometimes a little bit weird (particularly on Plaguelands for example). Aside from the cards that can affect heroes, it does also feel a bit derivate of Poisonous. Some of your support cards are pretty cool (even if you can't use them).

I realize that you've already submitted with Gunslinger, so this doesn't really help much… but out of those two, I prefer Quick-Draw if you to keep the mechanic strictly wild west themed.
And good call on giving Deputy Instructor the mechanic proper.

Predator is definitely one of the better keywords I've seen.
Although it's not entirely clear if Night Hunt will trigger itself or not. In other words, if Night Hunt is the first card to kill a minion that turn, will it trigger its own Predator effect? If not, then the tooltip should probably be reworded as "A bonus if an enemy minion has previously died this turn".
thats also what i thought and it took me a while to realize that its only a passive effect. My guess is that their logic was to make something similar to Togwaggle, but costs less, and its answer is not a spell given to the opponent but rather just simply killing it as fast as possible, with the only guaranteed benefit of it all being the finale effect triggering.
I think the only truly scary usages of this card might end up being Rogue deleting their/your deck, and Jailer. But in the latter's case honestly the moment jailer hits the field and you lack an answer you are pretty screwed.

A bit weird then. Because if it really works like that, then this card is severely less valuable. I just didn't think team5 would design a card that's so, well, worthless. It really appeared to me that its a permanent effect, from the card cost.
This card does not have Battlecry, which means it's a continuous effect.
Do you play decks with minions by the way? Because if you do, then by turn 5 you probably have them on the board or some other removal in your hand to deal with it (or even a Silence effect). You kill Tony, and effect disappears, because it's not a Battlecry, YOU GET YOUR DECK BACK. EASY :) only thing you lost is 1 card which enemy drew from your deck, that's it.
Unless... you play a Combo or OTK deck, then yes, losing 1 card might break your win condition.
If you don't play combo, there's no need to worry about it, I bet it won't be played anyways, unless we have a Combo - OTK meta.
Probably too slow for most decks, although I could see it in Enrage Warrior considering they can make use of 0-attack minions better than most classes.
Sounds like a bit too much of a meme. THe discruption is good, but the fact that it can backfire hard and that you won't get more than one turn out of it makes it unreliable.
Top tier reference, mediocre card otherwise. Might enable some fun combos that previously weren't possible for a lot of decks (like Brann + 8-mana cards, although Brann will rotate).
Won't be relevant though, 11-mana is too slow for any class that isn't Druid and I doubt Death Beetle will be that good of a win condition.
This feels kinda busted. Like Drek'thar with no deckbuilding restriction.
Think about it. You play it on turn 4. It'S a 5/4. If your opponent doesn't kill it you can just go face or trade and get something back. If they do kill it you immediately get stats. If they try to counter it by playing the bots you just fucked up their curve in a pretty bad way.
The only scenario where this is bad is when your opponent had nothing better to do than playing the bots anyways, but how often does that happen?

Steamcleaner won't work according to the Dev, so i think only warrior might get to delete your deck after swapping.

I'm sure Warlock will like having a few extra chances to draw an early Rod as well.

It's an aura. The decks switch back if the card is destroyed, silenced, and otherwise leaves play. Two copies don't switch decks again. The devs have made that clear to people who are confused. That's why the combo people are proposing is with The Jailer or with the even cheaper Warrior-only The Fires of Zin-Azshari and Steamcleaner which can easily be done in a control deck.

As soon as you kill it, you get your deck back, yes?

New Neutral Minion - Frequency Oscillator
I do not like what this implies.
New Neutral Minion - Instrument Tech
Top tier card if any of the revealed weapons are an indication of their powerlevel. YOu want these in hand as fast as possible and he gets you there.
New Neutral Minion - Hipster
Funny idea, but too inconsistent to do anything. There'S a reason not to run certain spells.
New Neutral Minion - Stereo Totem
Probably too slow for most decks, although I could see it in Enrage Warrior considering they can make use of 0-attack minions better than most classes.
New Neutral Minion - Outfit Tailor
Could be really powerful in a handbuff deck, but it remains to be seen how viable those decks will be. Perhaps DK likes it.

Sounds like a bit too much of a meme. THe discruption is good, but the fact that it can backfire hard and that you won't get more than one turn out of it makes it unreliable.
New Neutral Minion - Pyrotechnician
Why did they make it this expensive? Could have been fine at 3-mana.
New Neutral Minion - Ghost Writer
Probably a really good Arena card
New Neutral Minion - Amplified Elekk
Seems weirdly expensive for such a mediocre effect. It's like a worse Tunnel Blaster unless you really value the Beast tag.
New Neutral Minion - Festival Security
Potentially good with handbuffs but that's about it. I don't think it's a viable anti-aggro tool
New Neutral Minion - Worgen Roadie
Too slow. Giving your opponent a free minion is rarely good and even with all the new weapons there'S nothing worth highrolling into
New Neutral Minion - Metrognome
Too gimmicky. We have so many better draw options these days (unless you want to tutor a specific 2-drop)
New Neutral Minion - Static Waveform
Objectively worse Incorporeal Corporal in just about every way.
New Neutral Minion - Audio Amplifier
Top tier reference, mediocre card otherwise. Might enable some fun combos that previously weren't possible for a lot of decks (like Brann + 8-mana cards, although Brann will rotate).
