Yes, they have a separate pity timer. I just tested this, actually: I was four away from a guaranteed Classic Epic, but I did not pull one from the bundle.
Nice comp topic! Got 2 cards that probably need some word fixin'
My Mage card, Kirin Tor Arcanist. Is this clear enough when I say this is like just a Hero Power that you can use once and then it swaps back to your normal hero power?
Then my Warlock card, Imp Summoner. I'm sure this is cool and simple enough :3
Just be sure to change the watermark for Kirin Tor Arcanist. *wink, wink*
(This ain't the r/customhearthstone Discord where people will jump on you for making that criticism. Here, it's pretty accepted)
Well, goldens are worth 4 times the dust, so if you’re thinking pure dust value, the bundle of 6 golden packs equals 24 regular packs, and in that sense, it’s a good deal. Of course that doesn’t factor in those few percent chance of getting a golden in a regular pack, but not enough to tip the scales. From a pure dust point of view, it’s a good dea

Nerd.
I prefer the Arcanist. I believe Imp Summoner would have a wording akin to "Your Hero Power is" considering it's a tempoary deal.

Problem is they're the only region with good removal AND healing. Sure, P&Z has goo removal too, but all the chip damage that exists in the game now will get ya. Only way to create a non aggro deck that can survive the aggro onslaught of burn is to put shadow isles as one of your regions.
Thematically, I love SI. They have a feel that is unique and intuitive. It reminds me of M:tG Sultai / Golgari without the clunkiness of dealing with a discard pile. I also really like how it has a glass cannon feel thanks to Ephemeral, Can't Block, and Fearsome tags.
Balance-wise, I would concur with the general consensus that the region is overly popular at-large but I would argue that this is due to other regions being under-tuned moreso than SI being over-tuned. Specifically: there are certain packages (P&Z discard, Frejlord poros, Frejlord battlescars, and P&Z purrsuit to name a few) that are virtually unplayed, and that has big ripple effects in deck construction.
Mao'kaiBADCARDNAME might be my favorite champion in the game right now. I'm not convinced he's any good, but between the saplings and deep bonuses and his deck attack he has so many interesting possibilities.
The Ruination is an especially interesting card. Honestly, it and Corina are the only effective counters to big boards right now, so I like that it is in the game. However it creates this condition that SI is one of the most effective splashes for control as well as aggro, and that just feels odd.
The only card that I earnestly hate is Commander Ledros--I hate losing to him, and I hate winning with him. Specifically: I hate that he has the combination of his Play skill, Fearsome tag, 9 attack, and that damned last whisper that returns him to hand. I'm not even saying that he's overpowered, I'm just saying that that much value and tempo coming from a single card with no other synergies or situational dependencies makes me feel extremely uncomfortable.
Increased the cost and fixed some grammar. I think the higher cost is justified since shaman has a few ways to heal. Witch's Brew, Healing Rain, Healing Wave, and cards like Shudderwock and Lifedrinker which lets you sustain even after playing Vesh letting you summon more Murlocs.
New plan looks like a cool mechanic, but completely broken. In wild discard warlock is already borderline a top tier deck, and instant discard into cards like silverware golem, jeklikk, fist of jaraxxus, and hand of guldan would make it the most power 1 cost spell ever printed, eclipsing plague of flames, which is also in warlock. This card would still be good at 4 mana for contex
I'm probably going to avoid going with Doublecaster Ogre. Despite its positive reception, the amount of questions it raises in terms of specific interactions will most likely be a detriment to my score.
Thus, idea 2:
Draw it and get a passive that upgrades your spells. Play it at any time if you want to swap back.
On the one hand: any significant new game in the genre is a potential for both developers and players to learn and enjoy, so it is hard to frame this as anything other than good news.
On the other hand: I'm extremely troubled by how Valve has treated Artifact so far--especially how they went radio silent as their play-rate plummeted. It is a lot of effort to create AND MAINTAIN an interesting CCG, and frankly their behavior this past year strikes me more like a business trying to recuperate whatever tail revenue they can off a failing investment than a game company trying to earnestly create the next Big Thing.
Decided to revise Vesh and use my favorite power. I figured it was more balanced than the other two in the sense that unless your facing aggro decks you'll probably only summon 1 or 2 a turn, although maybe I should increase the price since its a free murloc for the rest of the game.
Few things to mention:
Cards that give you a new Hero Power typically display what the Hero Power does, not what it's called. Since you don't appear to have enough room, I'm not sure what to do about this.
The Hero Power should have "Passive Hero Power" in bold at the top.
Vesh was also not a character that existed in Classic. It would make the most sense for it use the SoU watermark.

Do the Golden packs have a separate pity timer from regular Classic packs? Because if so, this is an amazing deal.

Isnt it a little bit expensive at 15€? Even from a dust only pov i dont think its a good investement at all.

$15 seems like an awful lot for 6 packs...but I'm probably gonna buy it anyway, because I'm a sucker :/
Edit: Got Onyxia in Golden, so it thankfully worked out.

The idea is that as you win more games at the Darkmoon Faire (destroy enemy minions), you get a better prize (a stronger 1-Cost spell).
Need some help with balancing as I think the idea is sound, just need to tweak numbers.
Ideas that I have had include:
-Only allowing one Darkmoon Prize in hand at a time (would be stated on card or Hero Power)
-Lowering the damage amount to starting at 0 damage
-Raising the cost of the spell itself
Thoughts?

Do the odds increase the closer you are to the pity timer?
I remember hearing that the chance of a Legendary does increase as you open more packs. The number jumps a lot at 20 packs, and is 100% at 40 packs.
Libram Paladin [WITH NEW BUFFS]
Murgur Murgurgle isn't bad, but not really needed either. We don't really care too much about the early game because we have over 30+ healing in this deck to stablize through the midgame. As far as late game threats we already have Exotic Mountseller, Libram of Hope, Replicat-o-tron, etc so we don't need another one with Murgurgle Prime. If you wanted to try him out I would replace a Replicat-o-tron or Exotic Mountseller.
