It's an interesting card, wanting the board to be equalized to effectively clear it. Or maybe not, if you have the higher-Health minions. I'm sure someone will find a way to utilize this card to the fullest.
Great article as usual. I've been haunting your demon hunter card reviews for the past two articles, and pretty much already made my views clear. So just to recap a little here;
Absolutely insane levels of power being seen, and I would be greatly surprised if there wasnt some adjustment made before the first month ends after launch.
you wanna use it on a full board but you can also use it on say that 4 mana pirate that equips destroyed weapons for a 5 mana weapon that has a swing and a 5 mana minion or more
Hellfire + worgen greaser, I guess? A lot of vanilla minion + boardwipe legendaries in this set. About as acceptable as they come, not great, not bad. Probably sees play in shudderwock decks?
Not a fan of either the base card or prime here that much. A super greedy shaman control list exists and I'm not sure that it wants this, but it is the most likely place for it to find a home. A spell specific skull of guldan + a tallstrider for seven is very dependant on the spells drawn. I think you want to draw one or two 3 mana spells off of it, play them immediately, then hold up your discounted boardwipe(s) for later, which seems okay but not really necessary against any deck that gives you enough time to pull it off. In terms of combo, you are more likely to draw your combo card than draw vashj, have her die and draw her prime first.
That's no different from how it works now. New players and smurfs already go in the same place. It's just that there was also the occasional veteran who would slip down to lower ranks, which won't be an issue anymore. So, basically this problem is lessened.
Very efficient statline and stealth active on the turns where it matters most. Likely a core card in rogue aggro decks for some time. I would be surprised if this didn't end up in odd rogue lists.
It's garbage. Holy Smite is better, hell Arcane Shot is better. I'm not damaging my board to inflict three damage to an enemy minion; if I'm gonna remove stuff, I'm going to blow up everything like a Warlock should lol.
This card can essentially say two mana draw two against most decks. Maybe better suited to later turns of the game unlike most rogue secrets, as this one does not slow aggression or generate board presence.
"Lowest Cost card" is preferable because you can get away with throwing out your trash leftovers; "Highest Cost" means you're threatening to lose something of actual value. As others have noted, this exists specifically because of Hand of Gul'dan.
New Warrior Minion - Warmaul Challenger
Armorsmith turn-2 into this turn-3? Could be somethin'. I think the card is neat, but too impractical/clunky to see play.
New Warrior Spell - Bladestorm
It's an interesting card, wanting the board to be equalized to effectively clear it. Or maybe not, if you have the higher-Health minions. I'm sure someone will find a way to utilize this card to the fullest.
New Shaman Spell - Totemic Reflection
5 mana 2* 2/4 Totems? Isn't really worth it.
New Warrior Weapon - Bulwark of Azzinoth
I feel as-though the negatives around this card outweigh the positives. Zephrys the Great can ruin your day, as can a simple Arcane Missiles.
New Warrior Minion - Kargath Bladefist
Unless you plan to consistently win before turn 8, why would you not run this card? It's so good.
A Change to Daily Quest Logic in Hearthstone's Latest Patch is Now Confirmed
My today's quest : Play 3 games as Demon Hunter, Paladin or Warrior ..!
Thought they would have blocked it from happening, at least until DH is live
Our Thoughts on Hearthstone's Ashes of Outland Demon Hunter Cards
Great article as usual. I've been haunting your demon hunter card reviews for the past two articles, and pretty much already made my views clear. So just to recap a little here;
Eye Beam, Imprisoned Antaen, Priestess of Fury, Skull of Gul'dan, Coilfang Warlord, dhunters having lifesteal and weapons, access to one of the best aggro packages, etc.
Absolutely insane levels of power being seen, and I would be greatly surprised if there wasnt some adjustment made before the first month ends after launch.
New Shaman Minion - The Lurker Below
Looks like a strong arena card, I'm hoping it's effect just keeps going off if it keeps killing minions, so it becomes a board clear on a body.
Otherwise it's a slightly better Godfrey since it doesn't damage your own minions either
New Warrior Minion - Warmaul Challenger

How do you compare dust value? I don't think there is any rank where the new reward is worse than the old system if you count disenchant value.
New Shaman Weapon - Boggspine Knuckles
Haha! I love this card!
you wanna use it on a full board but you can also use it on say that 4 mana pirate that equips destroyed weapons for a 5 mana weapon that has a swing and a 5 mana minion or more

I'm very excited to play Shaman with his new cards. Especially The Lurker Below, it seems like a good tool against aggro.
New Shaman Minion - Lady Vashj

New Neutral Minion - Terrorguard Escapee
Only good enough if you really hate res-decks.
New Rogue Minion - Spymistress
Worgen Infiltrator finally got power creeped, 3 damage means it'll trade up early game
heck it's even good as an arena minion

New Rogue Spell - Dirty Tricks
This is a good card, most opponents will be running spells so it's gauranteed 2 mana draw 2.
unless you go up against those aggressive decks that have no spells in them...then it's a 2 mana do nothing
Tomorrow, April 1, Hearthstone's Ranked Play Gets an Overhaul - Leagues, Stars, and Rewards Explained
Your 'old system' finishing rank for March will give the following bonus for April's climb using the new system:
below rank 20 = 1x (i.e. no bonus)
rank 20+ = 2x
rank 15+ = 4x
rank 10+ = 6x
rank 5+ = 8x
rank Legend = 10x
rank "High Legend" = 11x

To cool for this meta.
