It's one-in-eight lol. Just imagine a bracket of eight people... Four win their first game and four lose. Of the four losers, two will win (1-1) and two will lose (0-2). Of those two losers, one will win (1-2) and one will lose (0-3, and eliminated).
Using the same logic, we can see that half of all players will need two try two or more runs to get the skin too...
I'm assuming it will be announced next week, or maybe the following - just as soon as the Heroic Brawl is over and most player have sunk 1-3k golds in it!
I ended up submitting an entirely different card, as I saw problems with all versions of the one I posted here. Let's see how it fares :)

I also thought of Madam Goya when I saw your card. In order to be more original and prevent it from being broken, I'd make it target enemy minions only and make it 4 Mana (as it's too good right now).

Reckless Seeker is very amusing. I'd go with it hands down.
I don't like the other card as much, since, as Demon said, seems like your opponent could easily sabbotage you. If you decide to go with him, I'd probably change it to a Battlecry that copies all cards your opponent played last turn instead, as that'd give the player much more control over the effect.

I prefer Mitter Joint, as the Mewtwo card is too complex. However, you should try to reduce the number of lines in the reward, as there's an unspoken rule that cards can't have more than four lines. If you can find better artwork, that'd also improve your card.
If you decide to go with the Mewtwo card, I'd change the flavor to something Warcraft related and would change the wording to something similar to Elise the Trailblazer, as the effect is actually very similar to her (the Discover part can be discarded all together because you end up getting all three cards at the same time).
Different people have different expectations for what tournament mode should be. I think they should just publish an API to invite two players into a match and a way to get the match results, then people outside Blizzard can build their own tournament sites.
It beyond frustrates me that Hearthstone hasn't been able to create anything competitive for the average player in the 10 years the game has been around. All of it has just been pumping Twitch stars, a lot of which moved on from the game soon after having success.
And why were those Twitch streamers leaving? The sameness of gameplay created by high-powered openers and consistency generated from high-powered cards. You know, the cards that the playerbase has been complaining about but also put players on a "buy-or-die" escalator.
You know what would help shake things up (besides better design) and increase streamer retention? A tournament mode oh wait. Holistic problem is holistic.

Yup, I work for a casino company and all slot games payout between 88% - 97%. This is ofc due to regulated market reasons and seeing as gaming isn't regulated outside of Loot box laws in certain EU countries , huge gaming corporates really squeeze as much money out of us as possible.

Has their been any confirmation on in-person events? Especially for the World Championship. Ofc these events would cost players their own money to fly to a certain location but they feel much more lively than the play at home events.

Ive been playing since the game first came out, and as far i renember there was always loads of negative feedback and people calling out blizzard on HC brawl being a scam but they always kept on doing it and not changing anything.
And since mini-sets became a thing theyve been doing it more frequently then ever before HC brawls
No free tickets either, which they did like the first time we had a wild HC brawl then never ever again for any HC brawl be standard or wild.
LIke only postive feedback i can renember has basicly been of pro's/streamers who are essentially paid to do it so loosing gold/money is not a concern whatsoever, or ones that just like dumping on new/bad uninformed players for easy wins.
With anything else being hate/dislike and we still getting them so i dont think they will really change/do anything at all.
