Every expedition run ends in at least 1 random champion. Keep in mind that for 3000 shards--the same as the price of starting a new Expedition--you can craft a champion of your choosing, so it's not a great deal unless you either win a lot or you just enjoy playing the draft version of the game.

1 Wins: Champion Card, 150 Shards, 300 XP
2 Wins: Champion Card, 350 Shards, 500 XP
3 Wins: Champion Card, 600 Shards, 700 XP

I just played a Magic game where my opponent countered every single thing I did for 5-6 turns, but I still managed to beat him. I'm not convinced that Deny needs nerfed after facing MtG Counterspells for years. However, I do think players will start to expect their opponent to have one and play around it better. You should keep in mind that Deny is on Riot's watchlist and they are considering increasing the cost or using another tweak to balance it. In the meantime, just assume your opponent has a Deny in hand and you'll be a lot less frustrated.
Like most Priest-Mains, I hope that the Devs Overhaul the Base Sets of that Class. Imo, they should get rid of Inner Fire and give Priest more Cards that interact with Minion-Health.
About Leeroy Jenkins: As much as I hate Aggro/Burn, I don't think HoFing Leeroy would be healthy for the Game. There's a lot of Players that enjoy aggressive Decks. And since the removal of this Card would be pretty much a Death Sentence to Aggro, said Players would be frustrated/feel alienated.
I like it except for the curve and lack of card draw, but I don't really see of any clear way to improve either. Maybe Shadow Assassin instead of the Keepers? Maybe a Trifarian Shieldbreaker or Kato The Arm?
Finally: Swim would argue for removing both Darius and just playing additional Decimate & Might. It feels wrong to me, but the logic goes that both the aforementioned happen faster: Darius needs to be played and to attack which gives your opponent a chance to respond with anything (e.g., Ruination), whereas the Decimate and Might would limit him to only be able to respond with Fast & Burst spells before the Nexus damage is applied.
So yeah, Ionia will go on the chopping block for sure. Elusive shenanigans are just a bit too ridiculous. I mean, isn't really absurd that a top tier deck doesn't run any champions at all..not because there aren't any champions that would work, but just because regular Elusive units are just straight up better.
I'm not even sure how to fix the whole thing. The problem with Elusives is that the only real way to get rid of them is through spells or Challenger units, but because of the turn based combat your opponent will always be able to react to your actions and there'S usually some way to counter whatever you throw at them (even aside from Deny)...so once you are out of removals it's game over...and this game isn't exactly generous with card draw

I am all for sending Malygos to the Hall of Fame. All of the direct damage spells that have been printed in the last two years or so have all been restricted to minions only because of malygos. We cannot have cheap face damage spells because malygos would turn them into an OTK. So, if we are going to stop printing cards that can be used with malygos, why is he even around?
Just about the only two classes that ever uses Malygos consistently is rogue and druid, mostly because they are the only two classes that cheats mana consistently.
Most spells dont allow face to be targeted not because of Malygos but because face targeting spells are innately good given that you can have two copies of the spell and there's only 30 health to chip off to victory. Nether Breath is a good example. Malygos is hardly the reason why this card sees consistent play.
He does cost 9 mana, so its not easy to use Malygos to begin with. One of the classes that can very well use him is hunter, and malyhunter is still a long way away from being tier 1-2.
Finally, I think team5 already addressed this earlier where they say Malygos tends to encourage creative deckbuilding. I don't think its going anywhere.
I feel bad for anyone who wanted to play Teemo / shroom decks: he seemed fairly balanced in the closed beta, but he's pretty much a non-factor now as its almost impossible for him to get a nexus strike.
Then again, they did want to play TEEMO, so I don't feel toooo bad...
I think you want to commit to either beatdown or control.
If you want beatdown, you're cutting your AoEs (Ruination and Box) and adding Mark of the Isles and Zed--Zed is always a good tempo play, and he synergizes great with your Soul ShepardBADCARDNAME, Death Mark, Phantom Prankster, and Hecarim. That's probably the better way. If you want control, I think you're removing either your value-adders (Pranksters and Soul Shepherds) or some of your aggro followers in favor of Glimpse Beyond, Vile Feast, and Rhasa the Sunderer.
Its just that they have an antiquated leveling system that was never good to being with, but at this point, i dont think they feel the need to upgrade it, not worth the effort.
That being said, it would be cool if they did update it across the board, one can dream :)
