Makes sense that they are keeping an eye on face hunter. I feel like it's teetering on the edge of oppressive sometimes when i play it. I am curious what cards are in question when they say face hunter though, or if they have any particular ones in mind yet. The flavour i have been enjoying puts an emphasis on deathrattle damage which can actually net you quite a burst and allow you to bypass taunt to damage the true place; the face. I'll also not get tired of exciting Misdirection lethals lol.

I have a few questions:

• Was Calix created by Klothys? Does that mean that the gods can create planeswalkers? If that's true, whats stopping the other gods from doing the same? Would a god theoretically be able to create a planeswalker army?
• Why is Calix G/W instead of R/G like Klothys?
• What's going to happen to Heliod? If the card says anything, it's only temporary, but what if Heliod gets forgotten? Would we have another Xenagos situation?

As usual the story in the deck description is the primary reason for the deck to exist, so don't expect great results out of it. At least it is stronger than the last one by virtue of having the highlander cards in it, plus the embarrassment you get your opponent to feel when you win is worth it.

Really though, I tried so hard to find any reason to play The Boogeymonster, and the best I could come up with was the tiny chance of giving it to your opponent with Mischief Maker. At least I can make it the star of a story I guess.

The reverse text because she mirrors whatever your opponent puts down. Also a totally useless tech cards that no one has ever played ever, not even for the memes. The "shipwreck" is a reference to people's generally giving "nautical" themes to space (i.e. astronaut = star sailor; the various "seas" and "trenches" on the moon/other planets). The "deadly spike" is a reference to her flavor text about once being a unicorn.

You know what? I don't care if this is "wrong" - in my heart it's right and that's what matters, so for the first time ever this card gave someone something useful lol.

Any idea when the new cards will be revealed?

I play this deck... a lot.  In fact, my build of the deck has continually got me to upper ranks for the past few months.  The Achilles Heel of the deck... honestly... milling.  Aggro can take it if the deck cannot control by turn 4, but the deck relies on drawing certain cards at certain times.  If I draw those cards in mass, and I end up burning a key part of the deck... I'm dead.  Happens more than I like to admit.

Just to be clear, the battlecry is not simply Twisting Nether, it is better because it won't trigger deathrattles, correct?

I just secretly stole my opponent's Mecha'thun with Mischief Maker. Even the Zephrys I gave him didn't make up for the fact he didn't know and kept drawing through his deck at lightning speed until he ran out of cards and I gave him a "The pleasure is mine" as he finally realised.

He was a good sport though and let me finish him off (possibly because I was playing the most abysmal deck imaginable. Seriously, it is a deck built around The Boogeymonster and all the other unloved corrupted cards from the Old Gods expansion....).

Anyway, it is an extremely unreliable way to beat them, but my goodness is it the most satisfying!

About to give this shit a shot, mate.  Just watched you rock it in your stream to great success.  Excited to try it and see if I can finally break out of ladder rank 5 in to 4!
