I Play a lot in Arena and play about 2-3 runs a day. My average WR is about 6.5-6.8 wins. My last 4 Arena runs were awesome drafts. With all 4 decks i made it to 10:0. But after that i lost all 3 games. Everytime. Horrible draw mostly. Has something like that happened to you? Or am i being unlucky?
Your reasoning is also binary, on the opposite side, by exaggeration.
Salt was added to the water, but still drinkable. You are attaching the fact it is undrinkable by implying that salty is too salty. But that's your opinion. If we agree on not agreeing it is actually too salty, then your suggestions about diluting the water with more water are just a subjective point.
No I'm not. I'm really really not. I'm explicitly making a relative argument. The amount of reaching and adding on assumptions you had to do to turn a straightforward example of something being relative (less or more salty) into a binary (somehow?) is astonishing. Why do you persist with this? Do you genuinely not understand what I'm saying? Just answer the question: Which is MORE salty, a glass of clean water or a glass of water with 1 spoon of salt? This isn't a trick question.
Let me reformulate this way: Odd/Even mechanic is slightly more repetitive than normal, yet not enough to deserve any sorts of alterations.
It's definitely not as repetitive as you depict it, by far.
There's still plenty of decision-making in the form of each card that requires to be played. And guess what? Odd/Even decks play the same number of cards as any other decks in the game.
Having an improved HP essentially means that the starting question for your turn ought to be "Do I want to press the button?", and you need a really compelling reason not to do it.
But yes, Baku decks have 30 cards just like any other deck.
Gotta love the flexibility of Siamat and the awesome video that accompanied the reveal! Can see this card as a staple in almost any deck, much like Zilliax
Yeah, I also hate new things being spoiled before players can actually try them out. But that's why I won't watch the stream like I didn't do last time, in order to enjoy the first few hours of playing my theorycrafts.
If you use Portal guys as noted above, will the "Summon a Felhound" card count as a card drawn, in addition to the card you actually draw after? That would help this quest a bit.
Hey man, you can practice your original deck against the Innkeeper. He does not run netdecks :)
I only play original decks I created myself because I think that's the best way to have a good time, see how your creation works out in the meta.
But not everybody is like this, most ppl just want to compete and get legend (or try to) and to do that your best (efficient) bet seems to be a netdeck, especially this late in the expansion.
And I am curious: why do you delete them? Because you lost? Your deck did not perform that well against that specific netdeck? You can not expect to spend an hour on a new deck and then be the meta-breaker and defeat all decks out there. This is just not realistic. So first you should have a reasonable expectation of your new creation, which you can then test by playing. Most of the time I make a new deck I have some expectations and I always try to have an idea what the deck is good at and what are the weaknesses.
So basically: expect less, enjoy more. It's like that with a lot of things in life.
I'm not deleting them instantly ofc. I can't play with same decks repeatedly (like 10 games for example) because it bores me so much. I am always deleting those but playing with them afterwards (thanks to deck tracker). I am deleting them because deckslots aren't enough for me. I already have a thread here as "Unlimited Deck Slots". :D
It is same for me for any other game. I am playing Heroes of the Storm for example and can't play with same heroes repeatedly on there too. Same for overwatch. :D
Of course i am testing my decks but those tests are long term tests for me not for just one or two days. For example; I am playing a Thief deck with Sir Finley Mrrglton for 5 games then changing it and test my quest Paladin after 5 games change it again to some control Reno hunter then change into first deck again. I am saving them to my deck tracker and tinker sometimes.
That post of mine was a momentary rage. :D I really hate netdecks and the situations about online games which i already mentioned in my earlier post.
Thanks for Innkeeper suggestion but he uses same classic deck aswell. That's boring too. :D
But I really don't understand why they want to be competitive so much, even for friendly duels. Do they have to satisfy their ego when they crush my meme-Talanji deck with their Conjurer Mage deck in a friendly duel ? What kind of deviance is this ?
Played this a bunch back in the day. It's really hard to pull off, but when it works, so fun! Arcane Tyrants work well here, maybe instead of the Greedy Sprites. You really want Oaken Summons to hit those Ironbarks.
Very creative write-up. Does the deck actually work? I can see some crazy shenanigans with Beastmaster and Plot Twist. With all that self damage, I would run more healing. The spellstone would slot in nicely.
I think this is an interesting aspect of HS, since its rng nature it can trigger some strong emotions, which can be triggered/aggravated by the right emote at the right time. I always try to be cool, but when faced with some bad rng which makes me lose or gets me a lot behind early in the game I sometimes yell out in agony and land my fist hard on the table. Did not eat my keyboard yet. And when I get irritated by the emotes of the opponent I just press squelch. And most of the time I do not hear it very loud since I have music on and the output volume of HS is almost 0.
Quest warrior yesterday waited until the rope was just about to expire before playing his quest on turn 1. Was that a hard decision? Not likely. Was it intentional, as opposed to bad connection or AFK? I'll never know.
Would the combo work with 6 dormant creatures and you playing a single Mogu Cultist? That would be awesome, as it enables you to play it again if the first Ra dies.
I know and the deck initially aimed to do exactly that. But then I considered, that going for the OTK with a Faceless Manipulator on the 20/20 would be better.
Such extremely polarized reviews here, everything from "Will need nerfs" to "Won't see play." Guess we'll have to wait and see. I've always enjoyed playing Burgle Rogue for the memes, so I'll try this out for sure. I love the idea of just stabbing everything on the board with no consequence.
I only rope people who are roping me. So a typical scenario is when they rope you on their first turn. Then I counter-rope on my first turn. Most of the times the roping is then over. But sometimes it turns out to be an abandoned game.
I'm toying around with the idea of using Witch's Cauldron as the main activator for this. With the Lackey package there will be many 1/1 bodies to sacrife to Cauldron.

Howdy. Just noticed a typo in the arena rotation section, where you have "Kobalds & Catacombs" instead of "Kobolds & Catacombs".
Lyra got Addicted !
Yeah more or less i thought priest could capitalize from all the cheap spells they have in an interesting way.

Elise Starseeker: Queen of BMing
I've been on the fence about getting Elise, and haven't seen others playing her. Ran into her once, but she never said anything!

Moo-Ra-bi Shaman
Well done! A possible use for Moorabi! I opened this loser way back, and have never used him. I would love to see this combo work.

Again, let's hope that Mogu Cultist is coded exactly like Reliquary Seeker.

Its good to have more options, both cards will probably not go into the same deck.
