  • Turn 1 rope?

    Quote From RayShimley

It's probably pretty common to q up,  mulligan immediately, and then run off to the bathroom or grab a snack.  I know I'm guilty of doing this as it's the only semi-predictable length of time between matches.

It's not a big deal, but you could take a break of any length before queuing up. I understand that streamers want to get their viewers invested in a new match before they run off to the bathroom or kitchen, but most of us don't risk losing viewers if we take a break between matches.

Lol its basically the tempo rogue that exists plus the burgler and a pilfer. U dont use this as a wincon. Its an added one. Rogue doesnt have a turn 1 btw. U jam this quest in without no problem . Plus the shark gives u double battlecry and stuff like vendetta backstab and the the rush 2 mana 3/4 minion helps u recover tempo.

Ppl need to forget about past quests where they were wincon alone.

  • New Mage Spell - Flame Ward

Yes that's what I meant. So I leave that as a feature request for Blizzard then :)

  • [Myth Busted] A cultist in the Crystalsong Forest

Would the combo work with 6 dormant creatures and you playing a single Mogu Cultist? That would be awesome, as it enables you to play it again if the first Ra dies.

    Murmy

Because it seems like a nice addition to murloc decks :)

  • Reno! Where are My Spells?

No no, don't say it like that. I'm open to any critism -be it good or bad or harsh- as long as we respect to each other. As for Subject 9, Flare would be a good substition. As always, if there's anything you wish to know, ask me anytime 😃

  • New Rogue Spell - Bazaar Burglary

Ohhh wait, i thought the Weapon was immune (ie losing no durability)!

Well, at this point i wonder how the HP should be better than Spectral Cutlass for lategame purposes.

However, considering a fast Quest completion (which is not granted so far in Standard), the thing turns into a stronger Odd Rogue at midgame.

It's interesting anyway. It could even turn into an option for the very Odd Rogue in Wild, for slower matchups.

Certainly, the final reveal stream starts in about 6 hours from now

Hey man, you can practice your original deck against the Innkeeper. He does not run netdecks :)

I only play original decks I created myself because I think that's the best way to have a good time, see how your creation works out in the meta.

But not everybody is like this, most ppl just want to compete and get legend (or try to) and to do that your best (efficient) bet seems to be a netdeck, especially this late in the expansion.

And I am curious: why do you delete them? Because you lost? Your deck did not perform that well against that specific netdeck? You can not expect to spend an hour on a new deck and then be the meta-breaker and defeat all decks out there. This is just not realistic. So first you should have a reasonable expectation of your new creation, which you can then test by playing. Most of the time I make a new deck I have some expectations and I always try to have an idea what the deck is good at and what are the weaknesses.

So basically: expect less, enjoy more. It's like that with a lot of things in life.

  • Turn 1 rope?

Id pseudo afk a lot while playing Hearthstone, so that can be a reason why

  • Reno! Where are My Spells?

Don't get me wrong! I like the whole Highlander Archetype and now I know what you mean. When i look to the new 3 mana spell for Hunter it's clear, that this is for the Highlander decks!

I will test this deck for sure, because i love Spell Hunter and Reno decks! Maybe i will try out the new Brann, but I think you are right, it will make the deck more inconsistent. Maybe I won't play subject 9, because i didn't craft the card yet.

Well done and sorry for my "not that friendly" comment.

The fact that you only need to add the cards to your hand and not play them is huge. The reward seems solid as well.

  • Reno: King of Sands

Glad you like it. If you find a better version of it, let me know.

  • Uldum Legendary Card Reveal - King Phaoris

it can turn your random shitty cards(Glacial Mysteries) to benefit btw. Nice tech for shitty cards you have to hold. :P

  • Reno: King of Sands

wow man looks nice definetly gonna try it and try to refine it

Arguably it didn't take a genius to figure out bomb warrior was going to be good. I didn't watch the stream, but opened Blastmaster Boom and the rest of the bomb package, so there you go. I don't know how many people are actually watching this and how much that influences the first experience playing yourself, but I don't think it's really a big issue.

  • [Myth Busted] A cultist in the Crystalsong Forest

Awesome guide!!! I will give it a try.

  • Reno! Where are My Spells?

Indeed, you are correct. One can play Reno Spell Hunter without new expansion but I don't understand why you want new Brann like Aurin. As for what I wrote for introduction, I intentionally specified for Highlander decks and not new Brann. Uldum expansion, in general, is meant to revive Highlander archetypes. Thus, the introduction makes sense.

I'm sorry that my introduction wasn't clear enough. Thanks for the feedback though, I will be more clear next time. I hope you will test this deck like me and enjoy every single bits of it.

    All for the archivements!!

  • Uldum Rogue Quest Reveal - Bazaar Burglary

It is not easy to complete quest. You need almost half deck full of enablers, or a lot of card draw, and then it is still not easy. And you have to play a lot of bad cards. Pass.

  • Uldum Rogue Quest Reveal - Bazaar Burglary

Bazaar Burglary seems like a very powerful tool. There is enough good support for burgling that you'll be able to complete this in a timely manner for lots of Rogue decks, and even if the 3/2 weapon isn't a hugely impactful tool in the late game, the immunity does shore up a major weakness (i.e. healing) that Rogue has.

It sort of flies in the face Spectral Cutlass, but unlike the cutlass this can be used outside of a deck that's exclusively a Burgle Rogue archetype.

  • Rastakhan's Rumble

    Nice comment!!

  • Uldum Rogue Quest Reveal - Bazaar Burglary

Agreed. And it is not an easy quest to enable. How many enablers are you really running, that are decent by themselves? I played around with some numbers and IMO you need about 14 enablers to have any sort of consistency, for example activating quest before turn 8 in 4/5 games (not even that good...). Here is a reddit post where I summed up a little bit. For wild, but it is not that different.

Blizzard will nerf it at least 2 times.

  • Necromechanic

Good thing, that it was buffed. It made Reno N'zoth really fun to play.
