  • Idea for Genn and Baku Nerfs

    Subjective opinion of course:

I don't think nerfing Genn and Baku themselves is likely to happen and maybe it shouldn't even happen. I would much prefer if the problematic decks themselves be toned down, how nerfing Flametongue Totem made the totems less of an immediate threat making the deck still very good, but much more tolerable imo.

Similar thing can be applied to Odd Rogue, the access to the 2/2 weapon is a trade off for the lack of cheap burst of Eviscerate, Sap and nerfed Cold Blood.

As for other decks: Evenlock can highroll 50 % of the time and put an 8/8 turn 3, but I don't think it's enough it this meta of Barnes and hyper aggro. At least I don't see very many on ladder.

Odd Warrior has good anti aggro capabilites, but sacrifices value cards against Control. Also Big Priest.

Odd Mage, Even Paladin, Even Rogue... yeah.

That leaves us with Odd Paladin. I don't like this deck. I'd say it has the best button which carries the deck basically. I don't know if it warrants a nerf or not, but since Level Up! was nerfed, I think 6 mana Quartermaster would be logical, removing some burst and wide buff while keeping the pressure style gameplan, after all it isn't token Druid.

  • Houndmaster Shaw

Fun and strong card, especially if you combine it with Mind Control Tech and Sylvanas Windrunner.

  • Reno! Where are My Spells?

The whole introduction makes no sense. You can play Spell-Reno Hunter without the new expansion, because you don't play the new Brann. And the new two spells are really good in this deck, but for real: When you write THIS:

Well, it's known that Uldum expansion is about Highlander decks. Since Hunter is chosen for Highlander archetypes, with revealed cards, I thought: Why not Reno Spell Hunter?

Everybody now thinks, that you will play the new Brann. :D

  • Gonk, the Raptor

Man, I really wish I had the needed cards to play Gonk Druid. This combo deck reminds me of kitty feral druid, my most beloved class and specialization in Wotlk, and I like the idea of smacking people to death with my own face.

For the wild! For the wild! For the wild! For the wild! For the wild! For the wild! For the wild! For the wild! For the wild! For the wild! For the wild!

  • Faceless Rager

I played this in handlock. This was a very strong inclusion there, but handlock got overshadowed by Conjurer's Calling mage in terms of power. I suspect this card will be played again in the nearest future.

  • Burly Shovelfist

    Arena neutral king.

  • Omega Devastator

I knew this was powerful and was going to included in varity of decks. I didn't expect it would be that frustrating to play against.

  • Saviors of Uldum - 5 Pack Bundles Giveaway

Of course Puzzle Box of Yogg-Saron

Pretty much pre-nerf Yogg considering real decks. The only sad thing is smaller highlight potential. Still pretty exciting.

Has been stated when is the final card reveal? Thank you.

  • Fel Lord Betrug

When RoS was revealed and Arch-Villain Rafaam alongside it, I got disappointed seeing such a boring copy/paste effect on the most pompous character in hs history. I mean, he was the most badass boss in the LoE expansion, he assembled a group of villains and stole freaking Dalaran. Designwise (not gameplay-wise) he was a disappointment. A few weeks later Fel Lord Betrug was revealed and showed me once again why warlock has the most interesting legendaries in the game. Even though this demon isn't as powerful as the villain mastermind, I always love to do some Plot Twist shenanigans with him.

He is the type of card, which I strongly recommend casual players to craft.

  • Turn 1 rope?

    Quote From Bersak

Guilty. I sometimes queue a new match while doing something else like responding to messages or grabbing a snack. It‘s a little ego but it‘s only a matter of second

This. I don't do it very often, but sometimes. Mulligan quickly, do something else, when you are back the rope is already burning. Maybe people does it more frequently in summer?

  • Uldum Rogue Quest Reveal - Bazaar Burglary

Mmmmmeh. Fiery War Axe was a powerful weapon because you played it turn 2 and it shut down the opponent's turn 2 and many turn 3 plays, giving you uncontested control of the board. This becoming active somewhere around turn 5-6 at best means all the potential control you could have had with it is gone, you spent your first turn questing, so you lost tempo, and you're on the catch-up, unless you got your Fence/Vendetta off. Once you have the weapon, sure, you got a cheap ping for 3 damage. But you don't have the early control that made Fiery War Axe or Odd Rogue so dominant. They ensured you stick on the board first and don't let go of control until they're dead. It bears no comparison. Plus, it screws up your curve, because ideally, you'd burgle up a card turn 1 so you got your Underbelly Fence active turn 2. So one of your most powerful plays is made worse just by including this. It might be ok in Standard but Wild laughs at this. I'll stick to cutlass and go deal 20+ damage with that while my opponents regret they don't play weapon removal, thank you very much.

  • New Rogue Spell - Bazaar Burglary

It think one of the most important advantages toward cutlass is indeed the resistance to weapon removal and the cheap cost.

Versus aggro 2 mana remove a minion without health loss for two turns is very strong and less loss of tempo than cutlass.

Versus control (warrior really) its a very strong damage dealer or removal he can't break like cutlass which is a huge deal in the matchup

  • Midrange Quest Priest (updated)

Yeah, Psychopomp is only worth if you played strong 3-mana minions (Injured Blademaster or, for example, Ornery Tortoise), but bad if you played many 1 or 2-cost minions.

  • Activate the Obelisk

    Bill Cipher?!

  • Uldum Rogue Quest Reveal - Bazaar Burglary

Everyone are overreacting cos of how easy to complete the quest. Do keep in mind that the new quests are meant to be completed way, way easier and less mandatory build around than before. The reward is just a 3/2 weapon with immune. It's just a upped version odd rogue hero power. Sure there's combo with poison effects.

I guarantee all of you that this card will see  only decent play in the meta cos there's Spectral Cutlass. You can't run both in a single deck. The hero power is good, not op. This is not the Quest Rogue of old.
