İ think if we get 1 buff,2 nerfs and an advanture in every expension it will be enough to keep meta fresh.

Changing standart rotation like arena is really bad for new players to get in. Hearthstone is already expensive and complex to play.

My favorite so far is Mogu Cultist , it has the best animations when it goes off.

Seems like warlock has some cards that can go for both play styles. EVIL Recruiter (another Uldum card) seemed to me it could fit in both aggro and control, and perhaps Diseased Vulture, as hero power on turn 6+ would kick in the extra minion.

 

Maybe I'm just hoping so. Excluding mage's shenanigans (freeze until you conjurer's calling) only warrior and shaman seem to play the slow game well in the current standard meta, and Saviors of Uldum looks like it's pushing sticky minions and murloc floods.

/and count me in on the crowd that would like to see a working, winning dragon deck in THE YEAR OF THE DRAGON. Dragon Shaman is actually fun (and hey, a class not usually one with the dragons), but it's lacking a few cards to be consistent. I might try it with the shaman quest card if I land it.

I like Psychopomp because it reminds me of long-forgotten Bloodline Champions and because it's a nice revive that creates a really sticky minion.

My favourite card from this set would definitively be the new Elise. It has so much potential!

Yea if they move adventures between releases with a small pool to gain it would cause deck refinements and a constant fresh wind.

I can't choose between Mogu Cultist and Puzzle Box of Yogg-Saron. I already have a combo with Mogu Cultist and Glinda Crowskin in mind, and I'm dying to try it out! And Puzzle Box of Yogg-Saron for three reasons. 1) Praise the Yogg. 2) Praise the RNGesus. 3) My version of Big Spell Mage that casts spells from your deck. Grand Archivist is a key-card, and with new Tortollan card I can finally push this deck to maybe tier 3.

The fire adventure brawl. Built a deck with 8 pogo hoppers in it, combined with 'your battlecries trigger twice'. With all the minion copying (togwoggle etc) I had 20+ hoppers in my deck at one point - and 5 in play.

Honestly my favorite card so far is Desert Obelisk.  Reason is, even though it's got horrible stats, it's one of those cards that you can spend hours trying to build a deck around to make it work.  It seems like it won't be the greatest value card, but definitely the most interesting one that will show up in potential Trolden video's in the future! :)

Whirlwind was worthy to use Sleep with the Fishes. So why not with also Plague of Wrath. Also remember that Paladin always uses Equality and Wild Pyromancer together and it is worthy too.

I will say that I do remember that Whirlwind and Sleep with the Fishes was used back then but it was also a 3 mana combo and used Primarily against aggressive type decks. However I would not use the example of Equality and Wild Pyromancer  Wild Pyromancer can be used in more than just Equality, Pyro can be used with Sound the Bells! for Multiple Whirlwind effects, Pyro can be utilized with buff spells like Blessing of Kings and back then  Spikeridged Steed and Pyro can just simply be used with Consecration The difference is you can use Wild Pyromancer in more than One situation, He is Flexible compared to Whirlwind.

Just to reiterate, I Think Plague of Wrath is a good card, I think you will see a 1x copy of them in Warrior, However I am not convinced that people will run a copy of Whirlwind just to get this combo off, If you cannot list me other examples of where Whirlwind can be useful other than Plague of Wrath in a Warrior deck that wouldn't be utilized by another card in this Standard Rotation, My opinion will stay the same

 Dark Pharaoh Tekahn is my favorite.

It is a great chance to enable and strengthen lackey/zoolock, and considering Warlock is my favorite class, this is definitely my card.

Totally Puzzle Box of Yogg-Saron, missing that crazy feeling of spells going all over, will play it with Tortollan Pilgrim.

Just make small mid-expansions, like the old adventures.

I like all the Plague cards in general, but my favorite card has to be Plague of Flames. I see a lot of potential in this card in control archetype and the artwork is great as well! :D

I think it sounds like a fun idea. Would probably be too confusing for new people joining. New expansions are clearly signposted (lots of advertising, competitions and reveals) so they know something is happening. But to start playing, and then a week later have a random set of cards rotate will be a set back to understanding their decks and card collection?

Maybe something for Wild, or Wild+?

It would be nice, but maybe as a new format instead.

Some different modes alongside the few existing one could indeed be a good thing to fresh up the game after all this years.

Well what's fun there is the beast tag.. for a hunter that means a lot of interactions. Just think of Helpless Hatchling for example.

It's a known, documented somewhere, bug. Everyone only ever got 1 copy of the gold cards. There was a bug that some people saw that they were given 2.

Despite nearly everyone else was disappointed, I really like Reno the Relicologist. As a mostly wild player I'm looking forward to play again with Kazakus, both Renos and LK Jaina. And except of an buffed odd pala board Reno should be an one sided board clear most of the time.
