This is that except cheaper and you can run two of them.
Exactly. There will be a thread calling for this to be nerfed after some lucky Rogue drops this on 10-mana and goes Cold Blood, Cold Blood, Evisc, Defias, Coin, Edwin, having only started with two of those cards in hand.
It's also worth noting that burn decks could end up doing pretty well against conjurer mage, considering the fact that they usually don't care about being frozen.
not sure why they would powercreep Waggle Pick after the Pirate Rogue fiasco, but hey, now that Raiding Party was nerfed it's okay I guess?
Whirlkick master seems good but I feel like it'll end up overrated. there aren't too many low cost combo cards so you're probably not gonna chain more than 2 per turn
If something tips the balance or tips the scales, it is the thing that causes a particular situation to happen or a particular decision to be made, when other situations or decisions are possible:
e.g. She was a good candidate, but her lack of computer skills tipped the scales against her.
Building off of this, "scales" are a series of rigid plates on the body of a fish or reptile (which Murlocs resemble).
In addition to that, a "scale" can also be a device to measure the weight of an object, or to compare the weight of one object to another. If an object on one side is heavier than an object on the other side, the scale will "tip" towards the side of the heavier object. The idiom "tip the scales" refers to such a situation like this, as the events "tipped" towards one side, so to speak.
In the context of this card, the name "tip the scales" references the idiom, while also alluding to both of the above definitions of the word "scale" at the same time.
Lots of quotations in this post, lol.
Ahm, I was aware what fish scales mean and what a measuring scale is. In my previous post wanted to say, that I had never heard the aforementioned idiom before until I checked an English dictionary on the internet.
What I said was supposed to be for the other guy. I just quoted your post for th extra context.
Whirlkick Master would be so good, if it wasn't for the fact that the Combo pool in standard is really small; now, that would normally be a good thing. Unfortunately, in this very small pool there's also Kidnapper. A card that consistently adds to your hand bad cards is unfortunately not that good.
Waggle Pick is more like Mid-range tempo and more value based tempo
So if you want to go more aggressive with rogue, Hooked Scimitar is better in general, doesn't disturb board either.
Whirlkick Master looks good, has a bit of RNG but since it is combo cards it is very likely to get at least 1 or 2 combo cards, if you have enough mana for even more combo cards, it is even better. Whirlkick Master will be a threat if not removed early. And it will be likely to be played together with other combo cards at same turn.
New Rogue Minion - Whirlkick Master

New Rogue Minion - Whirlkick Master
Remember Lyra the Sunshard?
This is that except cheaper and you can run two of them.
Uldum Mage Card Reveals - Cloud Prince & Arcane Flakmage
This expansion really feels like it's got so many more cards which work great in Wild. Cloud Prince loves Ice Block, so that you'll have a secret which remains in play. Arcane Flakmage seems like it'll combine really well with Kabal Lackey. Along with Arcanologist, Kabal Crystal Runner, and Medivh's Valet, that's one heck of a critical mass for a really good secret deck.
Uldum Rogue Card Reveals - Hooked Scimitar & Whirlkick Master
Great point, and probably says something about the two classes I play (Rogue/Mage)
Uldum Druid Card Reveal - Hidden Oasis
It'll probably be the only way the suggested archetype can actually survive.
Uldum Mage Card Reveals - Cloud Prince & Arcane Flakmage
It's also worth noting that burn decks could end up doing pretty well against conjurer mage, considering the fact that they usually don't care about being frozen.
BEEEES!!!
If this attacks a minion with Reborn does it continue to attack them after they respawn since it's the same minion?
New Mage Minion - Cloud Prince
"Excuse me, you are on... uh, lightning."
Uldum Rogue Card Reveals - Hooked Scimitar & Whirlkick Master

New Paladin Spell - Tip the Scales
What I said was supposed to be for the other guy. I just quoted your post for th extra context.
Rogue Uldum Card Reveal - Plague of Madness
Why are you replying with an article written by outofcards ? As I said, the actual Hearthstone team NEVER said this. You are mistaken.
New Rogue Weapon - Hooked Scimitar
Seems balanced i guess. Would like if it cost 2 or had 3 attack.
New Rogue Minion - Whirlkick Master
I like this card but i don't know how viable it will be. I feel like this sort of combo synergy was overdue.
Uldum Rogue Card Reveals - Hooked Scimitar & Whirlkick Master

Edit: Full list of the card pool in Standard; Cold Blood, Defias Ringleader, Eviscerate, Cutthroat Buccaneer, EVIL Miscreant, Edwin VanCleef, Headcrack, Hooked Scimitar, Perdition's Blade, SI:7 Agent, Raiding Party, Crazed Chemist, Kidnapper. So the pool is actually pretty large
Uldum Rogue Card Reveals - Hooked Scimitar & Whirlkick Master
Whirlick Master seems op to me, good finisher also the combo cards are generally pretty good overall
New Paladin Spell - Tip the Scales
Tip the Scales
in favor of your opponent. This is an 8-mana "Hope you didn't draw your good Murlocs already."
New Rogue Weapon - Hooked Scimitar
Why not both?
Unless they added a new rule that says you can only run 2 weapons per deck?
New Shaman Weapon - Splitting Axe
Probably a lot stronger in Wild with Totem Golem, but I could see someone using this to set up a T5 Bloodlust.
New Mage Minion - Cloud Prince
good lord.
conditional fireball on a stick with really strong curve with existing cards. this will see play.
New Mage Minion - Arcane Flakmage
This card is crazy good.
Meanwhile, Priest is stuck with Holy Nova for a 2-dmg aoe.
Don't let losing streak get you down
Good man! Best of luck with your decks/games :)
New Rogue Minion - Whirlkick Master
I am about this card. :)
There will be 13 combo cards in Standard, very few of them are totally unplayable. I suspect this will see play, a lot. .
New Mage Minion - Arcane Flakmage
In standard...this is a 2 card holy nova...but somehow even worse than that sounds?
Uldum Rogue Card Reveals - Hooked Scimitar & Whirlkick Master
Hooked Scimitar is gonna replace Waggle Pick for more aggressive plays
Waggle Pick is more like Mid-range tempo and more value based tempo
So if you want to go more aggressive with rogue, Hooked Scimitar is better in general, doesn't disturb board either.

New Mage Minion - Cloud Prince
This is legit, but the secrets currently available in standard are not.
