Silence Priest was in the Meta some time ago and as of right now im pretty sure it is back :) - So far im having fun with this list and a decent Winrate.
Here's the list and i also tried to write a little Guide (just click on the Deck-Name) :)
I think this site only accepts linking images from https://imgur.com/ as source. If you link to an image from another site it doesn't show (or it only shows to you).
I store all my images to google docs before posting and as far as I know it works fine. so that is also an option other than Imgur
I think, yeah, the bundle is worth the money. If I were you, I would definitely buy it. 56 packs for 35$ sounds like a good deal.
Warning! The first-legendary-in-the-first-10-packs rule DOESN'T apply, if you already have opened some packs from a specific set. Since you started playing since Naxx, you would have probably purchased GvG, TGT and/or WotoG/MSoG with gold and thus you won't get a guaranteed legendary in those 8 packs. I don't know when you stopped playing hs, but if there are some wild sets, which you haven't purchased yet, you would get a legendary 80% of the time there.
This is not true. The 10 packs rule does apply as long as you have not bought these wild packs after the rule was implemented. Opening packs before the rule does not trigger the timer. I've purchased 15 packs from each rotated set after the 10 packs rule was announced and had legendaries within the first 10 packs each time. I believe there is a pack opening thread on HP for people doing the same but I'm too lazy to dig it up. It was something to the tune of "post your 10 pack legendaries from each wild expansion". I was so hyped to play with my new Blingtron :P
Of course 8 is less than 10, so the point might be moot anyway. Maybe all your legendaries will be in the 9th and 10th packs
I stand corrected then. That's pretty weird. I guess a bunch of us got lucky at once or they shadow changed it at some point
me, and my two friends all got legendaries in the first ten packs after the patch was released, even with sets we had opened before, and the chances of that happening to three of us, from several different sets, is too small for me to believe otherwise. so I guess they just made a change at some point, the chances of this happening are too good for anything else to be true.

Quest Miracle Mage is probably one of the most fun decks out there. It's basically an open Combo deck. Not even too expensive, since the mandatory legendaries are just 2 (Open the Waygate + Stargazer Luna).
I second this. Miracle mage is a fun, strong deck that's not too expensive.
For rogue decks specifically, other than the ones already mentioned, you could also take a look at Big rogue. Although that deck isn't super competitive or budget-friendly, it can be a lot of fun.

Reno decks are fun too, but they perform worse than Miracle in the current Wild meta (although, if you know very well what you are doing, you can still have a positive wr). Obviously Reno decks are the most expensive decks out there, so it might not be an easy option for a start.
So yesterday I got 80 gold from someone trying to complete battle a friend, went on an arena run, draft a fun deck, got a good result, got 2 epics and legendaries in my pack. and I didn't have any of them.

Well, if someone asks me what I find enjoyable in wild, I would immediately answer Thief Priest. I don't recommend you my deck in the signature, because it's very expensive and I see priest isn't one of your beloved classes. I also like playing other decks like Renolock, Shuffle (Plot Twist) warlock, Reno mage, Factory Rogue (not a ladder-worthy deck), Jade Rogue (not a ladder-worthy deck), Jade Shudderwock Shaman, ShudderYogg Shaman (not a ladder-worthy deck), C'thun Shaman etc etc. If you need an inspiration, I would gladly name you two streamers, who I watch often - Dane and Roffle.
Regarding your personal preferences:
My favorite class is Rogue but the rogue decks I checked already seem familiar so I want to try something different. I also enjoy playing warlock, mage and shaman.
Odd Rogue is very popular and is also a good deck, but I guess you want to try out something else. How about Mill Rogue? You would have a better time dealing with Big Priest and their bs. Pogo-Hopper rogue has more support in wild, but I don't know how you would overcome some aggro decks like mech hunter and odd paladin. Warlock offers a lot of variety - Genn Greymane (aka Even) warlock, Zoo Carpet warlock, Mecha'thun Warlock, Renolock with Mecha'thun, Darkest Hour (though this is very expensive and it requires you to be extremely lucky), Cubelock. Mage's decks are mostly aggro - Miracle and Tempo/Burn - but there are some combo options like Exodia (Open the Waygate, Archmage Antonidas and friends), which are somewhat strong. Shaman offers mostly mid-range or aggro decks - Even, Quest or questless murloc. I have stumbled upon some good Jade decks and you would be able to counter Big Priests, Odd Paladins and Mech hunters with Devolve, but they are a bit expensive. Big Shaman is also a fun ladder choice, but it's really expensive.

I would add replies to posts directly under the post replied to with some indentation etc. (like in email clients). This breaks chronological order though, but you can then have "threads in threads". I think it's a trade-off. Maybe add a toggle so users can switch from "thread mode" to "chronological mode" ?

This is a reply on Elsabidon's post to illustrate the Reply functionality. It is just listed below all other posts and there is no indication to which post it is replying too (at least not in my interface).
To be fair, although this site is older than expected, I can assume Flux (and you guys) only started working on it full time recently, maybe using it more as a testing ground for implementing stuff on Hpwn itself. In fact, one of the things that I'm still not used to there is the fact that, when I want to quote someone on my post, I click quote and don't actually see the quote on my post. If I just want to answer one line in a 50 page post, I have to first answer with everything and only then edit out the fluff I don't need. I suppose that also happens here right now though, but there is still a lot of room for change while in beta.
Mmm. If I click quote on your post I get your post in a quote. What I find confusing is the Reply button, since that looks to be a normal post at the bottom of the list instead of inserted directly below the post replied to
I want to craft a deck or two in wild and I need your ideas to help me choose :)
I took a break after gvg adventure and came back after witchwood so I feel like I missed many good content in between, now I want to play some wild to see those cool cards. And as you guess my wild collection is not so wild, it's made of only KoFT year. So I probably can't play 200k dust decks.
My favorite class is Rogue but the rogue decks I checked already seem familiar so I want to try something different. I also enjoy playing warlock, mage and shaman. It doesn't have to be tier 1, I will play it in the rank 10-20 territory. I'd prefer control/combo over aggro.
So what do you guys enjoy playing in wild? What would be the single most enjoyable deck to play in wild occasionally? I'm looking forward to hearing any ideas!
If I were you I would buy one or two adventures instead if you don't have those cards already. (League of Explorers and Naxxramas being the best ones by far)
That way you will get a good amount of cards that will see play, guaranteed.
F*cking hell, why do I always have such interesting matches! So imagine a duel between a Thief Priest and a Reno Mage. Normally my deck crushes other control ones and once I acquired a copy of Frost Lich Jaina from a Crystalline Oracle on turn 3 and played her first, I thought the game was over.
Well, not quite. You see, before I played the DK, my opponent wanted to meme around and cast Deck of Wonders. Fast forward to the moment, when I had only 2 cards in my deck - the opponent's turn began and their last Scroll of Wonder cast Devour Mind. Just in time to see what I had.
Do you know what those two cards were? Let me show you:
So as you can see, fatigue was out of the question. The following turns consisted of both players playing the 7-drop and stealing it or other minions with Entomb. The grind was a hard one, but eventually I thrived at the end. I waited, until the opponent cast their last Kazakus potion and killed them with an N'zoth board.
Silence Priest is back!
I'm glad to see people not giving up with priest!

I'd also prefer a light mode but well, I could live with the dark one.

Doomerang
Kingsbane synergy.

I made a shaman deck that is something new and works. ;-). And it´s not too expensive. (you mentioned Shaman)

Hallazeal the Ascended is replaceable and that makes the deck no so expensive.TTK Paladin that beats pretty much everything
Had a good run initially, but seeing more and more taunts, which kinda ruin your plan.........

Reno NewBorn Mage (Miracles of Reno & Khadgar)
Probably about time I crafted him anyway, thanks!
