It's either funny or sad, not sure which, but there is a lot of salt on there.

  • Titans vs the Old Gods (Custom Expansion)

The Old Gods are back and with the Heroes of Dalaran Fighting the League the League of Evil it's Up to the Titans to defeat them

However the Titans are bringing their set of Special cards to aid them Constructs

But of Course a new Mechanic means new Synergies

Mechs, Elementals and Demons are all used by either the Titans or the Old Gods which means they will have quite a few new Synergy cards and such

  • Out of Cards is... Great

Hearthpwn was REALLY slow. The client side scripts were slow, but the server side stuff was also hellishly slow.

Please don't add any features that would cause this site to run as slowly as Hearthpwn.

  • Blizzard Clarifies the Upcoming June 3 Rise of the Mechs Update

Love the buffs! Imagine Millhouse Manastorm  become a 6/6 😍

  • June Season Begins - Get The Suramar Card Back!

    Need it! Cardback looks great!

  • Welcome to Out of Cards

Thank the gods! When I read in Heartpwn "we're closing", I was like WHHHAAAATTT??

But then you opened this wonderful site and I'm like YEEEEEY!

Great job, thanks for existing 😁👍

Agreed. I'm loving this site so far, although there are still a few things they need to add, like Spoilers.

But I know they will add them eventually.

I agree. I would also like to see a post count like hearthpwn, as well as many other small things. But I assume that everything will be added because Flux wants "everything hearthpwn had and more"

Post count does exist, you have 7 <---- but it's not the most noticeable perhaps. Still much to be done in terms of user profile data but we'll get there =D

    Edit: except on mobile atm.

  • Custom Deck Type Label

The selection of archetypes can easily be expanded. We input as many as we could think of at the time, but i am sure there's some that may be missing, particularly new ones. What sort of archetype were you looking for?

As for it being custom archetypes, i don't think that would work with they way it is currently set up. Archetypes are also used when searching for decks on the site and it all draws from a set list of possibilities.

I think that because there aren't necessarily unlimited archetypes it would be best if we take requests for ones that are desired which we can add.

Been coming here since it was Hearthstation and a much better place it is. Hopefully Flux and the other guys keep it clear and I'm sure it will be great. Especially out of the clutch of Curse.

Yeah! Curse really is a curse

So basically "What are you hiding?"

  • [Finished Fan Expansion] The Crystalarium - A Deepholm Expansion | 9/1/19 - The Final Update

You see my friend, Crazed Geomancer is a man that just covered himself in crystals. He's a man. A very unhinged man. Gravelpatcher and Slab Cracker are both golems, which are different from Elementals in that they aren't "natural" but rather made by some mage that felt like making some golems. Earthen Stoneshaper is an Earthen, which is a dwarf that wasn't touched by the Curse of Flesh, and are similar to the Tol'vir in that they were created by the Titans. Crystal Bowrunner though, should probably be en Elemental. Thanks for pointing that out, I'll change it next update.

  • Images Option For Card List and Other Ramblings

Thanks for your feedback! Very much appreciated. I agree that the card image view is important and i would like to see it myself. I'll ensure that is present in the among other planned enhancements, i know search is already there for sure. I'd also say the layout of card pages is relatively unfinished currently and will get some love in time. The aliasing of the angled boxes does somewhat bug me, not gonna lie.

  • Great to see you joined the new site, mate :-D

  • Is Netdecking that bad?

    Quote From EndlessTides

Well if it weren't for Blizzards new deck helper those would be valid points, but the new deck helper makes you able to finish your "deck idea" with some decent choices.

    At least that's my opinion.

Not saying netdecking is bad per se, but I think there is another solution for the arguments given.

I don't think that's how it works though? I'm not sure but I think it works by picking the very best deck available with the cards that you have. There are a couple of different 'layers' that the Deck Helper uses. The first one being the 'Meta Layer' which is an algorithm that looks at the most popular decks being played at your Rank. Then it proceeds to create a deck built around that.

So in effect you are creating a Meta Deck. Just with the cards you have. True its not 'Netdecked' per se but it is as close to a Tier One deck as you can get.

Which wasn't really the point of my OP....

I think that happens when you just hit the deck helper button without any cards. If you put in 10-15 cards (in your op including the treasure cheat) and have no idea on how to continue the deck helper will give you other synergetic cards (where the winrate is not horrible). At least that's how I understood the deck helper works.

  • It's about time rogue got another 'big' control archtype

I suppose the 'biggest' archetype for Rogue right now is thief/heist but it has trouble closing out games consistently unless you get an insane mulligan. Spectral Cutlass is great and can deal a ton of damage if it lasts, but there's still so much anti-weapon tech out there currently that it often just gets destroyed promptly.

  • Group Therapy! Need to blow off some steam? Mega salty? Here's the place!

Hey hey hey! No reason to be salty at the moment really. Unless..... Nah.... Could I? Yeah....

Seriously. Fuck Big Priest. Hard. With a Barbed Wire Baseball Bat.

It's time to get Medieval on Anduins ass...

  • June Season Begins - Get The Suramar Card Back!

Illusion, Michael! A trick is something a whore does for money

  • Lets talk about Artifact and why it failed (none meme addition)

Presumably because it was geared towards a more niche playerbase and had a very unfriendly business model towards newcomersBasically it appealed to a very small group of people and was accessible to even fewer.
  • Is Netdecking that bad?

I think it should also be pointed out that even when someone netdecks a very strong deck there is still the upside for you that you almost everything in that deck and know exactly how the deck aims to play. If you bring a less popular netdecked idea your opponent may not have that advantage over you. So if anything it benefits you if your opponent netdecks against you.
