I too am working in my golden hunter (hunter and shaman my last non golden). I’ve reached legend with a mech hunter deck with blast master, and I think he is a powerhouse. Great in matchups like bomb warrior since he represents 8 damage and magnetise opportunities. Highly recommend the deck from hsreplays with the wolf and the cost reduction mech.
Its almost off topic, but at the same time isn't ; If you are stuck on the ladder, and tired of playing Bomb Warrior and/or Tempo Rogue, consider other T1 & T2 decks. For instance Mid-Range Hunter is doing really good right now, as well as Giant Cyclone mage.
Boommaster Flark isn't necessary and in a lot of cases isn't the right card to play. More then this, if you make a handbuff deck, you want to play better hand buff then Val'anyr: either aoe buff or something less expensive at least. As RavenSun said, this weapon is a value generator more then a build around card.
I like Vessina, because then when I'm at the tavern I'm reminded I can't bite anybody but then when I get some minions he says, "awww, you made a new friend!"
Side note: How is it that I can beat Dalaran Heist chapters but I can't even come close to the final boss in Rumble, Dungeon Run or Monster Hunt?
Well although they have the same sort of structure, Dalaran Heist is designed to be much more similar to a classic adventure in that you aim to complete different chapters with 8 bosses each, whereas previous iterations of Dungeon Run were more about surviving through an assortment of 8 bosses. I also don't believe those had a Heroic mode iirc.
Give Heroic a try and i am sure you won't come close to the final boss =P at least not right away.
I absolutely loved Haro Setting-Sun, whose image suggests some sort of Shadow Priest who focused on Shadow Visions instead of the usual horror/madness/death (boring!).
I wish he was a free hero option instead of Anduind.
But i didn't like most of the Hero Characters available to be played: too silly and exceedingly cartoonish, even for HS.

I got to just one star shy of rank 4 and for me that's an achievement, considering I don't usually play the game that much. This month and last I just can't get enough of this game for some reason and I find I can spend an entire day playing if I have the day free to do so. I've also been having a lot of fun with the adventure. Although I'm sure most of us have had some things to complain about, this season was pretty cool with lots of decks to choose from for standard. The adventure still hasn't gotten old for me, even though I've completed at least one perfect run for each chapter.
I suppose if I play more I'll maybe get to legend some time. I'm going to see if I continue to turn to this game more often than doing other things in my free time.
Another Minion that produces a secret effect, though barely played at all even in Wild is Fatespinner. I know it's not a secret I'm just adding it in for those who are curious. OP, delete this post if you wanna keep this Secret Thread clean and concise.
I suspect Blizzard is very intentionally bringing in outsiders to create growth opportunities. If we can get a big LOL player like Bunny Fufuu to bring even a fraction of his audience into Hearthstone, that's great for the game in my mind. Don't get me wrong, I wouldn't have turned down the invite, but I love seeing non-endemic creators getting the opportunity to help grow the reach of Hearthstone.
Where as Hearthstone Arena synergy is extremely important this game has no synergy of any kind.

If you don't want your 12 wins I guess it doesn't matter right? There is very popular add on's that help with Arena picks that looks at your deck synergy giving each card different rankings. Highly used, there are a few versions. One will be below.
I am aware of how arena works, thats why i said it :) Synergy in arena is good, yes, but is by no means that important. You most definitely not draft for synergy, only in specific cases, if your draft led you there. You draft for good curve and tempo most of the time.
I also know how some arena helpers, like heartharena for example, heavilly lean towards synergy picks which are often very very wrong choices. Such helpers are good as a guide tool, bad as a hard rule.
Vessina is best girl, even if I'm not a fan of Shaman simply because I have been wanting to play as a Sethrak from the main game and this is the only way I can be one.

Reached legend in wild very easily a week ago. Had an insane winstreak from rank 4 to the top. Have only met control decks in legend.
Gonna try to reach legend next season and mill the crap out of the controllers with rogue. Looking forward to it.
