  • 12 Wins Clockwork Priest

For the otk it's best to prepare some cheap Spells, either by keeping the cheap ones, or reducing them with Illuminate and Palm Reading.

The combo isn't needed for every game though, Shadow Word: Void is the strongest standalone card and often the best copy you can get from Shadow Visions.

Keep in mind that this is an early attempt for the current meta, so the list might not be ideal yet.

  • New Rogue Minion - Necrolord Draka

It seems it's going to be a lot of anti-weapon tech meta

  • Madame Lazul and Maiev Shadowsong Skins Return to Hearthstone's In-Game Shop for a Limited Time

    the darkest one

  • New Rogue Minion - Ghastly Gravedigger

Very powerful disruption tool if you manage to activate it and spoiling your opponent strategy

  • New Rogue Spell - Kidnap

If you run some silence or return the sack to your hand is a very powetrful tool for board clear, specially on later turns

  • Best 12-Win Hearthstone Duels Decks to Play This Week - Rush Crowley, Deathrattle Drek'Thar & More

I just threw together that rush darius deck on patch day without checking anything online and none of the legendaries but included the cannons-attack-end-of-turn minion. It was almost always useless because it didn't trigger the +1 attack of hero power, wish it was "trigger your hero power at the end of your turn" then it'd be better.

Anyway I hard streaked 11-0 with that the only extremely close game was the damn void skeletons which I luckskilled out a win with a topdeck +10 dmg leeroy due to the battlecry +2 weapon.

The next day I streaked downwards to 11-3 losing 3 games to those damn void skeletons all of them "ultra-rare" my ass lol it was all I saw in my last 4 games and is insanely OP vs small-minion based decks. But yeah I feel like that +1 to minions is just insanely powerful and should maybe even be a 3 cost HP.

  • New Rogue Location - Sinstone Graveyard

Very powerful because of the stealth, is something like Scabbs shadows. Yout minions will live until the next turn, i think this enable some brutal finishers

  • New Rogue Spell - Serrated Bone Spike

Very strong if you can mange to use the second copy and the use the location and summon a big minion or playing Necrolord Draka to get a giant knife

  • New Hearthstone Duels Heroes Teased? The Monster Hunt Will Take Over the Game Mode!

Most likely all her hero powers will be redesigned coz that particular hero power of Toki's would definitely break the mode.

  • New Hearthstone Duels Heroes Teased? The Monster Hunt Will Take Over the Game Mode!

I certainly hope they wouldn't add Toki's main ability to Duels: that would be insanely annoying to deal with :/ She might not be in there currently because they simply don't yet know what to do with her.

  • New Rogue Spell - Door of Shadows

It seems that rogue will be a very combo oriented, using a lot of cards in order to get a giant minion or a full charged spell to finish yout opponent

  • Rewards Track: Current progress 5.0

I'll probably come in around level 151ish overall I feel the expansion was a great success, decent mechanics, great flavor.

probably have around 5k gold which is about normal for me because they always release at least one warlock skin in the shop that I have to buy with gold.

Looking forward to the castle, warlock got some really fun tools and Prince and Sire are great free legendaries. Locations are a cool new mechanic as well.

  • Well, looks like Gwen got upstaged.

I feel like Eternal Dancers is just simply a lot more abusable than any other card in the game as of right now. The fact that it does not contain "the first time" like Kalista and also the fact that it can also resummon Champions while Kalista have those restrictions is so bizarre. Like there is no way the devs didn't see Eternal Dancers + Survival Skills + Katarina/Ruined Reckoner and thought yeah no one's going to spot that combo. Other than that, I don't think the card is particularly good.

  • Madame Lazul and Maiev Shadowsong Skins Return to Hearthstone's In-Game Shop for a Limited Time

    Which Lunara?

Fireflower Lunara Card Image Ardenweald Lunara Card Image

  • Get a Taste of Murder at Castle Nathria Early With Hearthstone Duels - New Cards Are Now Available in Buckets

Remember to not claim new achievements before expansion release !!

edit: If i remember well the cards are not only in the buckets but also in the pool of discover-like mechanics

  • Well, looks like Gwen got upstaged.

Care to elaborate? Because as far as I am concerned that card is just worse version of Kalista and Kalista herself is just decent.

  • Location, Location, Location - Card Design Competition Discussion Thread

Went back to Rush, upped it to 5-mana, and submitted. I now definitely have the most expensive location lol >_>

Thanks for the feedback everyone :)

    More feedback:

I think the current version is balanced, even when compared to Nightcloak Sanctum. The small tokens lose a lot of value as the game progresses, while Freeze will slowly start to gain value as you can cripple your opponent's big minions. So, I think you're good to go.

    BloodMefist
As anyone else, I prefer De Other Side, but I think it's too weak currently. Sure, it gives you twice as much value as Reincarnate, but you won't be able to capitalize on it after 2 whole turns. I'd probably drop its Mana cost to 1 or even 0.

    linkblade91
I'm not sure if I like it more with Taunt or Rush. I know I said Druid's weakness is removal, but they also have a fair share of Rush minions, and Rush fits the flavor more. Dunno, whatever you feel more confortable with.

    The art is cool, though.

    DoctorDoom
I like the idea of having a tech location, but this design makes way more sense as a Druid card with Choose One than as a Rogue card.

I'd probably change the name and flavor too, since the current one doesn't seem to describe a place, which is what locations should do.

  • New Neutral Minion - Ashen Elemental

Seems like a decent tech card against heavy-draw decks, and honestly it might see play in some aggresive decks as well. Also this can also see play if DH gets popular, considering most of their new cards are draw heavy cards.

Thank yogg it only works starting on your opponents turn, otherwise this would be toxic in Mill decks.

Oh and in wild there might be a memey combo deck that uses this alongside Octosari and maybe Doomsayer.. probably in warlock because of Treachery and lots of mana cheating.

  • New Neutral Minion - Demolition Renovator

Pretty nice Tech card against locations. This will see play at some point, especially considering Locations are confirmed to be printed in every future set from now on, which means in the future there may be even more reasons to include this card.

  • New Neutral Minion - Sinfueled Golem

Either dust or a decent arena card. But even there if you get this early on it probably will get bad stats due to you playing lower stat minions.

  • New Neutral Minion - Party Crasher

Loving this minion already. It probably wont be good, but it still seems really fun in a BIG deck. I think this minion might ress a BIG Warrior archetype, and maybe BIG DH as well. Also Big Paladin might try it? But just a stat stick when summoned from Front Lines might not be that good.

  • New Neutral Minion - Insatiable Devourer

Hmm this seems like a strong arena card, if not banned in arena. In constructed who knows, it might surprise everyone and be good enough in a deck. What deck, idunno. The one class that might be able to use this is druid, because Celestial Alignment, lots of board swarms and Guff. Still it does seem slow, and i think this only sees play in a lot slower meta. If there are plenty of BIG minions around, Insatiable Devourer can be really strong... But i dont think a meta like that will happen any time soon.

  • New Neutral Minion - Theotar, the Mad Duke

Must-include in MANY slower decks. This counters quest decks HARDER than Mutanus the Devourer because Theotar, the Mad Duke is a lot cheaper and discovers. And honestly even though you have to give your opponent a card, at least your able to pick the worst option for your opponent.

  • New Neutral Minion - Kael'thas Sinstrider

Broken minion, will be nerfed 100%. Kael'thas Sinstrider into Brann Bronzebeard into Sire Denathrius seems broken. At least thanks to Kael'thas Sunstrider they know how they can nerf this card.
